Hi guys, I would like to use a combination of two website kits; including your own. First, I will install another website kit and then, I would like to import the “service details” page and a few containers of other pages from your website kit, how should I go about things?

You mean combining two template kit designs? That’s possible, but you can only use one style to maintain consistency.
If you still insist on combining 2 different styles, you have to set it manually on each page or container you add.
You’re right, I will keep one template style but my question is, once I have installed the frst template kit; how do I import just the few pages and containers from the other template kit? Can I call these from Library / Templates / Cloud Templates ? My question is : How will get a hold of your template kit pages and containers from within my new website?
Just like installing the previous template kit, simply select which pages you want to import and then call them up in the templates. My suggestion is that you should backup your website first before you do this.

Hi guys, so I bouhgt the tempalte kit “Marko Digital Agency” and when I get to creating a new page wiht Elementor / Cloud Templates; the Marko template kit just does appear nor in the search bar ! And then again, I just want to import but one page from your template kit; that is, “Service Details” page. I’m still not sure on how to call (extract) but one page from you template kit !!!
Can you provide me with the exact url of the page “MARKO – Service Details” that I should use to call this page in Elementor / Cloud Templates ?

I’m afraid of potential conflict and unforeseen problems if I import a second Elementor template kit; so can’t you guys send me just the JSON code for that specific “Marko Service Details” page ? The thing is my website is almost completed so I really don’t want to go through major problems at this point; you understand?
Try to understand it further, just import it and apply it to your service details. Don’t forget to back up your website in case something unexpected happens.
Again, my website is completed now; all I’m missing is a Service Page which I intend to create with your “MARKO / Service Details” page. I don’t understand why you wouldn’t send me the JSON code of only that specific page; you’re telling me to back up my website because of potential conflicts if I import a second template kit in my installation and Elementor themselves are telling me that importing two template kits will generate a high probability of conflicts (major problems !!!).
Listen, the only reason I bought the MARKO template kit is for the “Service Details” page; if you don’t want to provide me with the JSON code of that specific page; please refund my credit card me since I will have absolutely no use for your template. Thanks.

Hi Horst, looking at the issues you’ve had since purchasing the template, it seems they are all related to technical problems on your server. I suggest doing a clean WordPress installation and re-importing the template from scratch. Alternatively, you could ask for help from a professional web developer to handle the setup for you.

As i started editing the page. There is any infinite loop kind of code in your hope page that keep exhausting my php limit and my site crashes.

Hello there, can I please ask for a full refund, this looks great but requires too many resources to be a useful kit and keeps timing out everytime I make a change to the pages or site settings. It’s constantly stuck on the wheel and then times out. Sorry!
