this theme doesn’t seem to work with woocommerce bookings or yith bookings, it breaks the page layout, is there a fix for this?

The theme guarantees compatibility with the core WooCommerce plugin. However, we cannot guarantee compatibility or provide support for additional WooCommerce extensions distributed separately. We haven’t tested third-party plugins with the theme, and due to the large number of available plugins, we are unable to ensure compatibility with all of them. In the latest theme version 1.2.1, our developers have added a new feature — the built-in theme updater, which allows the theme to be updated automatically going forward. For earlier theme versions, there are two ways to update the theme.
To update the theme download the zip-archive with the theme on your computer, unzip it and upload the new theme version on your server (please make sure there are no nested folders such as bella-beauty/bella-beauty). We recommend renaming the theme version you previously used (for example, renaming the theme folder to “bella-beauty-old”). This way, your current theme version will be safely backed up on your server.
Besides don’t forget to update plugins if it is noted on the WordPress admin panel after the theme is updated.
Another way is to update the theme using the Envato Market plugin. After activating the plugin, click on the “Envato Market” icon from the left sidebar. To generate your Global OAuth Personal Token click on this link https://account.envato.com/sign_in?to=envato-api and login using your Envato Market login details. Please copy & paste your unique token into the Envato settings inside your WordPress dashboard and click on “Save Changes”. Once you have configured this properly, you will see a screen where you can install or update your already purchased plugins & themes.
Please note that if you have made any direct modifications to the theme files (theme code) and update the theme via the Envato Market plugin, all of those changes will be lost, as the new theme version will overwrite your current one.

If I purchase this theme, do I still need to purchase another plugin like Elementor Pro to be able to fully edit the template? For instance when testing the theme I noticed that it needs some additional work to be fully responsive on mobile devices. I’ll also need to add shopping cart and user profile management functionality and payment gateway. Do I need to pay extra for any of these? Please provide a direct answer here.

Elementor Pro isn’t the theme-required plugin and isn’t included in the theme archive. Content on our demo site and demo content that comes with the theme is made with help of free Elementor plugin and our custom CMSMasters Elementor addon plugin bundled for free that provides you with an extended functionality. The theme is compatible with WooCommerce plugin and you can easily add a shopping cart. The theme doesn’t include any user management system except of the default WordPress one and any payment gateways. WooCommerce has 4 installed payment gateways by default and you can choose the one that suits you best: BACS, Check Payments, Cash on Delivery and PayPal. Additional payment methods can be installed with plugins, we should note that we haven’t tested third-party plugins functioning with the theme and thus can’t guarantee their compatibility, appreciate your understanding.

Can I block specific days and times so that my clients only see the available time slots? Also, is it possible for the client to select a time, then make a reservation payment, and only after that complete the booking process?

The Book a Visit form on our demo was made with the help of the Forminator plugin. You can find more information about the plugin’s features here, and here is a link to the plugin DOCS. The plugin allows you to build custom contact forms and schedule appointments by submitting the form. However, it is not a full-featured booking system.
You could try using a third-party plugin to achieve booking functionality. Unfortunately, we can’t recommend any because we haven’t tested them with the theme, so we can’t guarantee their compatibility. We appreciate your understanding.

Hi, I just installed and activated your theme. I’ve got it from Envato Elements. After installation and importing the demo, the homepage is blank white. Hi, When I click Dashboard -> Bella Beauty -> Installation Log, a webpage opens with button “Download Installation Log”. When I click it, I get “File wasn’t available on site”. The installer ran through and completed. I waited few minutes for it to complete. However, the Media Gallery doesn’t have any images from the demo. I have selected “Color palette: Blue” on the Dashboard -> Bella Beauty -> Designs webpage. I understand that you don’t provide support, however, this is really just to get the installation and demo working. I’ll post on reddit and in many LinkedIn WordPress groups with your theme details to see if anyone can help there. If you can help then that’ll be great. Thank You!
So I did it myself. The demo is now installed. Earlier I was installing the theme and demo in a subfolder (development site). Now I installed it in root itself.

Hello, I’m interested in purchasing this template, but I have a question about the booking system. Currently, I see that it only allows selecting time slots in 24-hour intervals and minutes in up to 60-minute blocks. Is it possible to set custom time blocks, for example, from 3:00 to 4:00 PM, 5:00 to 6:00 PM, etc., and have the system automatically disable a block once it has been booked by a customer?

Please note that the theme purchase code is allowed to be used on one single production installation, and optionally – one development installation. Before deleting the test site or reinstalling the theme there is a need to deactivate the license in Bella Beauty -> License tab so that it can be reused.
Should you need to start over with your website in future – you can follow one of the following procedures:
1) Run a wp-reset plugin on your existing installation – this way your purchase activation will be preserved on this domain, but the installation will be clean 2) Deactivate license on existing installation in your WordPress dashboard in Bella Beauty -> License tab, and then activate it on another one.
For correct theme installation and demo content import please make sure that your server meets the requirements (you can contact your hosting provider to check it):

Besides in your WordPress dashboard proceed to the Tools > Site Health tab and make sure that all the recommended WordPress modules are enabled on your server. There shouldn’t be any critical issues in the Site Health Status as well.
We also highly recommend to import the demo content to a clean website and disable all third party plugins before import.
If your server settings before import have not matched the recommended requirements, then after changing the server settings, you need to deactivate the license (in Bella Beauty > License tab), reset the site (you can use the WP Reset plugin), activate the theme and import the demo content.

Let me show it for you how easily Headers can be exchanged – theme demo content includes all templates and content parts you can see on our website. So after importing theme content (which can be easily done with one-click installation) you’ll get all the Header templates, and all that needs to be done is to change the Location Rule for the Header Home 2 to make it apply for the Home 1.
