So whats the go!

I also changed my settings-init.js with “use strict” var optionSettings = { layout:”wide”, background:”white”, color:”blue”, header:”fixed”, font:”opensans”, textDirection:”ltr”, radius:”sixradius”, showSettings:”show”, }; new antlerSettings(optionSettings);

For the “blue” theme. NOTHING! still pink. We followed your instructions, also read the comments here!

If you go to our website https://test.pacnex.com load the page. F12 into console, view the load js file, you can see its not working. js file is loaded correct, with the code.

Sovled. Thank you

Hi rgraham3767,

Thank you for your message.

It looks like the issue has now been resolved on your website, as the settings are being applied correctly.

Please note that sometimes this kind of behavior can be related to cache (browser or server-side), which may prevent recent changes from appearing immediately.

If you still experience any inconsistencies or need further assistance, feel free to reach out.

INEBUR Team Best regards.

hi we a re experiencing a couple of issues with the whmcs theme we have sent a support ticket but we are yet to receive any reply

Hi futureplus-web,

Thank you for reaching out. We have already replied to your support ticket with the requested information. Feel free to contact us for any questions.

Thank you so much INEBUR Team

We have not received anything

Hi futureplus,

The same email sent via support@inebur.com follows. Thank you for contacting Antler Support and for choosing the Antler template.

WHMCS themes do not work like WordPress or other CMS platforms, so there is no visual builder or dedicated admin panel to configure the client area. The template is based on standard WHMCS template files, which means any customization is done by editing the theme files.

You can modify the content, layout, and elements according to your needs by following the instructions in the documentation. In particular, please check the Resources → Change Settings section, which explains how to adjust different parts of the template:

https://inebur.com/antler/documentation/#Resources

It is strongly recommended to review the full documentation, as it covers the structure of the template and the steps required to customize it properly.

If you have any specific questions while customizing the theme, feel free to contact us again.

Hello,

Before proceeding with purchase, we would like to confirm whether your WHMCS template is fully aligned with the modern domain lookup architecture introduced in WHMCS 8.x and later (including v9.x).

WHMCS 8.x+ introduced registrar-based availability checks, where domain searches should trigger the configured registrar module via API instead of relying on legacy WHOIS lookups.

Current Issue Observed (In all Theme Deployments)

Our current deployment appears to follow this workflow:

User Search (Theme Layer) ↓ WHMCS Domain Lookup Controller ↓ Legacy WHOIS Lookup ↓ WHOIS Server Query ↓ Availability Result

This indicates that:

The registrar module (Dynadot / Dynabot) is not triggered

WHMCS does not perform registrar API checks

Searches rely exclusively on WHOIS server responses

As a result:

Registrar pricing is not retrieved dynamically

Registrar-specific TLDs may appear unsupported

API-based domain suggestions do not function

Availability checks are slower and less reliable

WHMCS Recommended Architecture (Expected Behaviour)

The correct modern architecture should be:

User Search ↓ WHMCS Domain Lookup Controller ↓ Registrar Module ↓ Dynadot API ↓ Availability + Pricing Response

Our Questions

Does your template fully support WHMCS 9 registrar-based domain lookup?

Does it use the native WHMCS Domain Lookup Controller without overriding it?

Does it support registrar API availability checks (not legacy WHOIS fallback)?

Has it been tested with Dynadot / custom registrar modules under WHMCS 9?

Does it interfere with /domain/check or /domain/suggest endpoints?

Are any AJAX overrides or theme-level lookup handlers used?

Is the template compatible with AI or registrar-driven domain suggestion features?

Hi rgraham3767,

Thank you for your interest in the Antler WHMCS Template and for your detailed technical questions.

Antler is a front-end WHMCS client area template. It is designed to work on top of the native WHMCS architecture and does not modify or override the core domain lookup logic implemented by WHMCS.

To clarify your questions:

1. WHMCS 9 registrar-based domain lookup Yes. The template is compatible with modern WHMCS versions and works with the native WHMCS domain lookup system introduced in WHMCS 8.x and later.

2. Native WHMCS Domain Lookup Controller Antler uses the native WHMCS controller. The template does not replace or alter the backend domain lookup workflow.

3. Registrar API availability checks Domain availability checks are handled entirely by WHMCS core and the configured registrar module. If WHMCS is configured to use registrar API checks (such as Dynadot), the template will use that same workflow.

4. Dynadot / custom registrar modules Since Antler does not interfere with registrar modules, it remains compatible with standard WHMCS registrar integrations, including custom modules, provided they follow WHMCS standards.

5. /domain/check or /domain/suggest endpoints The template does not override or block these endpoints. All requests continue to be processed by WHMCS normally.

6. AJAX or theme-level lookup handlers The template may use AJAX only for UI interaction and display purposes, but the actual availability check is still performed through the native WHMCS backend system.

7. AI or registrar-driven domain suggestions As long as the feature is supported and configured in WHMCS, the template will display the results returned by WHMCS.

In summary, Antler focuses on UI/UX and client area layout, while all domain lookup logic remains handled by WHMCS and the configured registrar module.

If you need any additional clarification, feel free to let us know. Best regards. INEBUR Team

Hi! Do i uploaded your theme to themes folder of whmcs and enable it in admin? Is it working straight away with all the functions of whmcs? If there is any problem do you fix it by ftp? Thanks

Hi vasilis16! Yes — you simply upload the Antler theme into the whmcs/templates/ folder of WHMCS and then activate it in Setup > General Settings > General > Template. It works straight away with all WHMCS core functions.

If you ever run into any issue, we provide full support and will guide you step-by-step. In most cases we can fix it directly, but due to security reasons we don’t request FTP access. Instead, we’ll tell you exactly what to adjust so everything works perfectly.

Let we know if you have any other questions!

hi I would like to purchase a theme. If I purchase, will I be free to use the design elements in my projects? And if I purchase a theme, can I use it commercially?

Hi junsubkwon, Thank you for your interest in the Antler template — we truly appreciate it.

Yes, if you purchase a theme from Envato (ThemeForest), you’re free to use the design elements (CSS, images, layout, etc.) in your own projects. You can modify, customize, and integrate them into your final product without any issue.

Regarding commercial use: absolutely — you can use the theme on a commercial website, even if it’s for a paying client, as long as the website itself is freely accessible to visitors. In that case, a Regular Envato License is fully sufficient.

Let us know if you have any questions. Thank you so much!

I have an pre purchase question, is that what will be the update process in future in a live website with your .html template and whmcs template?

Hi protonbol12! First of all, my apologies for the late reply.

All Antler updates are free, released frequently, and the template is always updated whenever a new WHMCS version is launched. You can download every update directly from your ThemeForest account.

Regarding future updates on a live website: If you have customizations, you won’t lose them as long as they are placed in the dedicated custom files — custom.css and custom.js in the HTML version, and the equivalent custom files inside the WHMCS template. This way, whenever a new update is released, you only need to upload the updated core files, and your custom files will remain untouched.

Feel free to contact us via support@inebur.com Thank you so much

INEBUR Team

Can the template be used without WHMCS? Perhaps with WordPress or another CMS?

Hi iNetBone, Thank you for your message.

Actually, Antler can be used in pure HTML format, without requiring integration with WHMCS. The template was built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and it is not based on WordPress or any other CMS.

If needed, you can manually integrate it into different platforms or systems, but by default it works as a HTML template.

Feel free to contact us for any questions INEBUR Team

Hi, I am still struggling with 404 errors for the HTML templates.

As example: Using the URL https://mydomain.com/reseller shows the HTML files so far correct except the settings below var optionSettings = { layout:”boxed”, background:”dark”, color:”pink”, header:”fixed”, font:”opensans”, textDirection:”ltr”, radius:”defaultradius”, showSettings:”hide”, };

Using the URL https://mydomain.com/antler/template/reseller Use the `optionSettings` but shows a 404

I sent you already an email about the issues. The translation issue I could sort out; it works.

Hi inthanet,

It’s possible that some links are not working because of the “.html” extension. To fix this, you’ll need to remove the extension using the .htaccess file. The .htaccess file is a hidden configuration file that allows you to control how visitors access your site. Common uses include restricting access to certain files and setting up URL redirects.

By default, your account should already have an .htaccess file located in: /home/user/public_html/.htaccess

Add the following code inside the .htaccess file:

RewriteEngine On RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f RewriteRule ([\.]+)$ $1.html [NC,L]

We hope this helps fix the issue. Thank you so much

I used the .htaccess for removing `.html` I didn’t solve the issue.

But anyway, actually I will not use the theme for now, maybe at a later time. Thanks for your kind reply. The email I sent, you must not answer.

Best regards, Uwe

The home3d.html page is glitching on your website and in the file itself. No menu bar, no location display for the datacenter section, images don’t load, and your demo site can’t even open it currently. I checked with a few devices to confirm. May you please fix this when you have time? I know it’s a new addition to the theme, but it’s very bad right now.

Hi CorvusHosting, First of all, thank you very much for choosing the Antler template — we truly appreciate your support.

Thank you for your message. We double-checked our online demo and the home3d.html page is working normally (menu, datacenter location and images load correctly). Could you please confirm that all files and assets were uploaded properly on your side? If the issue persists, feel free to share screenshots or the file you are using so we can take a closer look.

Thank you again for your feedback and for taking the time to rate our template If you feel that our recent clarification has solved the issue and the template meets your expectations, we would be truly grateful if you could consider updating your rating to 5 stars. It really helps us to continue improving and supporting our customers.

How can I make homevideo the home page of the site?

How can I put images in the header of the sections as on your site?

Hi mit-egypt,

Firstly, thank you very much for purchasing the Antler template — we truly appreciate your support.

1. To set the “homevideo.html” page as your homepage, simply rename it to index.html.

2. You only need to replace the demo images with your own, making sure to keep the same file names and sizes so everything works correctly.

Before getting started, we recommend reading the documentation provided with the item after download.

If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out. Best regards,

Hi. After I update my whmcs to last version most the link in homepage not working I get 404 so did you think because I don’t update this to last version or something else. Thanks

Hi Adam-Na, Thank you for your message.

If you’re getting 404 errors on most homepage links after updating WHMCS, it’s very likely that you’re still using an older version of the Antler template that isn’t fully compatible with your current WHMCS version.

We recommend doing the following:

Download and install the latest version of the Antler template to match your current WHMCS version and follow the change-log provided after download the item

Clear the WHMCS template cache (under Utilities > System > System Cleanup).

If you’ve customized the template, make sure the file paths and routing match WHMCS’s current structure.

Pre-sales question, can i use IPTV Template in WHMCS?

Hi israelysidro, Thank you for your message

Sure! You can use Antler and the WHMCS Client Area template to sell and manage IPTV services.

Let we know if you have nay questions Thank you so much

INEBUR Teams

how can i use the demo iptv template in whmcs?

Hi israelysidro, Thank you for your message

Well, (after v2.8) it started to be possible to bring elements, sections or pages from the Antler demo template to the WHMCS Client Area template. However and despite all efforts, cases with deformation of the layout may arise, which we ask for your understanding.

In this cases customization is recommended through custom (custom.css & custom.js) files.

Hi there, Whenever I try to use this theme, I get a blank white page. Can you confirm the server requirements for the theme, please? PHP, Ioncube version etc

Hi there, When will you be updating the code to work with other version as PHP 7.4 reached its End-of-Life (EOL) on November 28, 2022.

Hi UsolutionsUK Very welcome back to the discussion on Antler page.

You can enable up to PHP version 8.3, available in the latest WHMCS release v8.13.0. However, you must have ionCube Loader v13.0+ installed.

We mentioned PHP version 7.4 because ionCube Loader is usually enabled by default. Please check if you have any higher PHP version with ionCube Loader already installed, and set it as a requirement through your control panel.

Feel free to contact us for any questions Thank you so much

Hi,

Can I use Antler for frontend and Horn for client dashboard? Are they compatible in this sense?

Best,

Hi bastab, Firstly, thank you for your interest in Antler and Horn Theme. We are very grateful for it.

Sure! In fact the Horn Theme are based by the Antler Template and can easily be integrated as a addon dashboard from Antler Template or simply as WHMCS Dashboard Theme independent. Horn uses the same icons, fonts, the same color change technique, however the WHMCS Client Area layout and resources level is more complete.

So, Horn WHMCS Dashboard Hosting Theme was developed based on Antler Template and focused in create a new WHMCS experience with 35+ more fully customized pages, however can be easily integrated into the Antler demo template for the reasons already given.

Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with. Have a nice day! Thank you so much
