Hello, I’m reaching out on behalf of my company, as we’re considering purchasing your Neotek – Electronics WordPress Theme for a client project. While exploring the demo, we couldn’t find any indication of a product hover effect (e.g., image change) on the shop or product grid.
Could you kindly confirm if this feature is available either out of the box or configurable in the theme options?

I am writing to express my concern about the slow response times I’ve been experiencing with your support team. Unfortunately, this delay has created a frustrating experience.
This is the first time I’ve encountered such delays with a template provider, which is particularly disappointing given the positive experiences I’ve had with others in the industry. A faster response would greatly enhance the overall support experience and uphold the level of service I expect.
Could you please clarify why response times have been slower than usual, and let me know if there are steps being taken to improve them?

We are creating a new website for a customer. They liked this page: https://www.neutrik.com/en
If you hover over products tab in the main menu, you’ll see each submenu item has got their unique image on the right hand when you hover.
We are thinking that we will use one of the two demos below: https://neotek.novaworks.net/home-v2/ https://neotek.novaworks.net/Can we achieve the same output in the mega menu with this theme?

Yes you can do this with Mega menu Manage in Admin panel.
