Hi. Have you already implemented custom listing types? If not, any release date? I’m just waiting for this feature to purchase the theme.

Three days ago, I submitted a support ticket to improve the website for the Arabic language. The support team responded and accessed the theme, and they successfully adjusted the direction and improved the design for Arabic. However, after recent updates, once I updated the theme, the website once again displayed many issues with layout direction. I need this issue resolved urgently, and I also want to ensure that it won’t happen again in future updates.
I had previously granted admin access to the site to help improve it, and I now also need assistance with several issues in the registration and login fields, despite having followed everything exactly as described in the documentation.
I integrated Google login, and although everything is connected properly, when users try to register using Google, the account is not created.
The phone number field is currently just a plain text input, even though the documentation shows that it should allow country selection and proper phone number formatting.
I also want to enable OTP verification via email. I followed all the required steps, but it is still not working properly.
Send us support ticket but I’m pretty sure you did not clear cache as instructed and mentioned everywhere in docs.
Phone – did you configure Twilio? I guess not

Cache Clearing I have cleared both the site cache and the browser cache as instructed. However, the problem still persists. Some elements on the site are now appearing aligned from left to right instead of right to left (RTL), which wasn’t the case before. Also, when a user account is created (whether a regular user or an employer), the dashboard layout is broken again – even though these issues were previously resolved.
Phone Number Field Without Twilio I do not wish to enable Twilio at the moment. What I need is simply a phone number field in the registration form (for both regular users and employers) so that the user’s phone number can be saved with their data. Currently, the phone field appears as a basic text input without a country code selector. Is Twilio absolutely required just to have a proper phone input field? If not, I’d appreciate your guidance on how to display it correctly.
OTP via Email Only For now, I would like OTP verification to work only through email. I understand that the issue may be related to my mail server configuration, and I will look into that. Your documentation on this has been helpful.
Google Account Registration I have integrated Google login and ensured all settings are correctly configured. However, after the final step in the registration process (clicking the “Continue” button), the account is not created. I would appreciate your help resolving this issue as well.

There are only 2 of us who work on both themes. WorkScout sells less so we’re focused on Listeo but even through WorkScout received recently AI features

This has nothing to theme. These JS files should exist but do not exist so either you removed it or some security plugin/settings in your hosting.

Hi, I have disabled claiming a listing via packaged and would let users claim for free. I tried changing Listing from Verified -> Unverified in the listing edit but the page still shows the green verified badge? Any suggestions? (I cleared cache and tried different browser). Thank you.

maybe the author of that listing is set as Verified user (you can edit that in Users by editing that user profile in wp-admin) – then all listings added by that user are automatically verified

1. Currently we have it like this: 4 listing types each related to booking method can have custom form. Then you can add custom fields to each category. Category is not listing type, under “rental” listing type you have unlimited categories from restaurants for apartments. Conditional fields are almost finished and should be ready within 1 week
2. That’s what listing types are for. Rental = hotel. Restaurant = service. And that will work but if you will want separated form for apartments, hotels and renting cars then it’s not possible except custom fields per category which will be added soon.

Is there a switch to show only countries in the “Any Regions” drop-down (search) to show only those which have at least one listing? Not really a point to show all if there are countries with no entries. What you think?
I tried to rename “Any Regions” with the Say What? plugin to “Countries” (which makes more sense) but it does not change with text domain “listeo_core” or “listeo”. You know why?

I thin text domain might be Listeo Editor. Currently no option to hide regions without listings. Believe me or not but people were constantly sending support ticket why they can’t see regions/categories in dropdown so we were tired of answering that taxonomy need to have at least 1 listing

I have tried the Listing Data Scraper. Great new feature, thanks for that. But when I import Listings it will add the Stars from Google ratings even I don’t use Google ratings on my site.(unchecked in Listeo Core) So it still shows the Stars from 4.5 Google Rating, but then 0 Reviews in brackets behind…... possible to not show that google ratings stars?
Another great feature would be if you could choose from a listview first, which listings will be imported. Now it’s like completely on Googles choice what will be imported.

Otherwise, they won’t even know the feature exists — unless they compare their listing with another one that uses a paid plan and has all features enabled.

Hi! I have a question about how features/tags and locations work together in the URL structure of Listeo.
Currently: When I go, for example, to https://listeo.pro/listing-feature/air-conditioning/ I see listings with the “air conditioning” feature from all over the country.But what if I want to have an indexable, SEO-friendly URL that combines both the city and the feature? For example, something like: /london/listing-feature/air-conditioning/
or
/listing-feature/air-conditioning/london/
with only listings from London with air conditioning (so both filters active), and making sure this URL is crawlable and indexable by Google.
Is there a built-in way in Listeo to generate and index such combined pages, or do you recommend a plugin/override? Or maybe I misunderstood how it works, and there is already a solution for this?

I really enjoy working with your product — it’s great and has a lot of strong features. Regarding the possibility to generate indexable pages for combinations like city + feature/tag: I realize it’s not currently available, but I believe this functionality could be very valuable for many directory owners.
If you ever decide to develop this feature, I would be willing to pay extra for it — say, the price of three regular licenses (around 250 EUR), or similar. I’m sure that I’m not the only user who would gladly pay for such an important SEO improvement. I’m not indifferent to your product’s future and would definitely support its growth — and I really think this capability will make Listeo even more powerful and competitive in the market.
Please let me know if you consider adding this functionality, or if there’s a way to participate in early access or help with user feedback.

Yes, this feature seems quite simple but absolutely essential. Having indexable filters for region + feature gives me the ability to provide users with ready-made pages without requiring them to click through filters themselves—for example, vegan ice cream + Las Vegas.
I hope there will also be fields for custom text, as that is very important for SEO.

I’m encountering an issue with integrating the Nextend Social Login Pro plugin on my custom login page. The social login buttons (Facebook, Google, etc.) are appearing correctly on the registration page, but they are not showing up on the login page. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
Plugin Configuration: I have set up the Nextend Social Login Pro plugin as per the documentation and enabled social login for both login and registration forms.
Shortcode Added: I’ve added the [listeo_login] and [listeo_register] shortcode into my Login page using Elementor.
Troubleshooting:
Cleared the cache and tested in different browsers. Checked the Developer Tools Console for any JavaScript errors, but found no critical issues. The social login buttons are functioning on the registration page, but not on the login page. Theme Issue:
The login form appears to be custom-built using the Listeo theme and rendered through Elementor. It uses the class .sign-in-form, which may not trigger the correct hooks for the Nextend plugin.
Request: Could anyone provide assistance on how to get the Nextend Social Login buttons to display properly on a custom login page like this? Has anyone encountered a similar issue when using Listeo theme with Nextend Social Login Pro?
I’m wondering if the custom action hooks for the Listeo login form might be needed or if there is a workaround I can try to resolve this.
