I know our support has expired. However, I’m hoping for a quick response, as the problem isn’t ours.

Today we noticed that the mobile burger menu has disappeared—both on desktop and on all other devices. I can’t tell you when this started happening—we only noticed it today.

We created a clone of the website and deactivated all plugins except Elementor and the theme plugins. The menu was still missing. However, I can therefore confirm that there is no conflict with any other plugin.

We are using WP 6.8.2. Your theme and plugins are all updated.

This issue is a disaster for us, as at least half of our users come to us on mobile devices!

Hi there, perhaps this has been answered before, but is there a way to not have a slug setting at all for Portfolio? Currently its set to ‘www.xyz/portfolio/abc’ – obviously we can change the wording for ‘portfolio’, but is there a way to remove it entirely so it displays as ‘www.xyz/abc’? I’ve tried leaving it blank in settings but it automatically add the ‘portfolio’ wording back again.

hi, the Plugin Ohio Extra keeps crashing the site.

How can this be fixed, Also how do I get to use the multiple pages from the theme, only one page shows after importing a demo

I think the theme is beautiful and malleable. My main issue is that there is documentation but is not in depth enough, and also only in word press bakery not elementor (though both options are offered).

Also buggy – I can’t remove the share to socials bars on my projects and it’s covering up some of my content/headlines and it looks weird. Even though I turned off sharing from the theme settings and turned off socials options as well. I don’t see the option from the wordpress editor as well.

Why none of the pages in your demos are actually there when we import the demos?

I want all the content and pages to be visible. I am uploading the demo, but only the homepage design is displayed. How do I transfer the demo? Thank you.

Hi! Just did a new clean install and demo import (Demo 31 agency) and for some reason, the menu is not showing up (Menu type set to standard)

Instead, the hamburger menu keeps showing. Cleared cache as well but nothing changes

I just updated Ohio to the latest version 3.5.6 and now my site is running really slow or timing out. I’ve optimized the php. to avoid time outs, but it didn’t seem to help. Is this a known issue and others have been affected as well? Debug seems to points to an issue with Ohio_extra. I appreciate any insite or asistance you might be able to provide to resolve this issue. Thank you in advance,

Hi, We are using Ohio theme on our website (https://www.conceptbeans.com/​). Previously, we have used one feature of the theme. For the home page, we have used a different portfolio image, and for the portfolio detail page, we have used a featured image. This is a link to the portfolio (DexiHunter​) and home page so that you can analyze what I am saying.

Now I want to change the image of the portfolio for the home page, but those settings are not showing on the portfolio detail page in the WP-admin dashboard. I have updated the theme to the latest version as well but still in vain.

I am not asking any customization or any further support. Just asking why theme features not working.

Please guide me in resolving this issue. I will wait for your reply.

It always scroll sideways as you scroll down, how can I set up that effect. It’s not working that way here.
