Anyway I tried booking as a guest for 1 of my listings as a Business Owner. Upon requesting to book and pay for the service. The payment failed. It says the address in Line1 is missing. WTH.

As you mentioned that many small fixes do not appear in the changelog, I’d like to ask: In version 1.9.110, was the issue fixed where “featured” and “open hours” are not automatically enabled when activating a plan that has these features checked?
as far as I remember no but I do remember that it is noted and waiting

I’m committed to purchasing a license (card in hand), but I’d like to kindly request the following (if possible):
1. Mobile image gallery design – Please make the mobile gallery display without the header, as shown in the reference photo https://ibb.co/yBcX0Whz I’m sharing. The reason is that when a user clicks “Show all photos”, most of them don’t press the “X” in the top-right corner to go back. Instead, they press the device’s back arrow, which takes them all the way back to the “listings” page or the previous page, instead of returning to the single listing page. Also, I believe it gives a more modern look.
2. Please review the filters to ensure they’re working optimally.

4. Add an option for custom map skins – the ability to insert JSON code for personalized Google Maps styles (“Custom Map Skins”).
5. Show more photos on the listings page – Instead of only showing 3 images, please make it possible to show more photos, like in the reference https://ibb.co/0j2mWYdf and display them in 3 columns on desktop devices.
We will consider some of the suggestions, but honestly, some are details most people won’t use or notice. We prefer to focus on features that a wider audience values, based on support requests and Facebook discussions. At the end its WordPress theme and will never meet everyone requirements but amount of features is good enough to satisfiy 80% customers.

Hi, maybe you could recommend the best way to “bulk” import listings with WP Import? It seems we can’t process multiple files by default? How would you recommend to upload hundreds of xml files? Merged all into one XML? Thanks
When enabling the option “hide the real address in single listings” in a single listing, the “geolocation” and “default search radius value” filters are not working correctly — the listings disappear and show nothing. Also, when zooming in or out on the map, the listings disappear, and the functionality behaves differently on mobile and desktop devices.
If the “auto fit markers on map” option is enabled, it works only on desktop and not on mobile.
Maybe you could review this, especially the filter combinations, and take some time to check so that the filters work correctly. All of this happens with the slidable filters in the most modern design layout of the theme. Thank you.

Anyone able to get instant booking reservations working with stripe? I keep getting a There was an error processing the payment: Missing required customer field: Address line 1…. any help please??

I checked, no one with the same issue. Already opened a ticket. Its just frustrating being blocked from moving on.

Our reply is up to 48-72h + we’re really swamped with work and tickets. We’re releasing cool update with AI Search and new Listeo fields editor features.Once we will have some breath maybe during the weekend we will reply.
I understand but I am sure most people would prefer the theme to actually work in the first place for them before adding new features After debugging for 12 hours I am beyond upset with the theme. Never had issues with setting up simple stripe payments. As of the moment from my POV instant booking payments are broken and do not work with stripe.
Waiting a week or two for a fix could be frustrating, but:
1. You sent the ticket yesterday Friday afternoon, and we can only handle simple requests within 24h.
2. We haven’t seen other reports like this so we need to troubleshoot this.

Hi, I had a critical issue with the plugin code snippets that crashed my site earlier. Did you guys use it as part of the theme? My footer is fully gone currently after re-installing the theme.. not sure why..? If you used code snippets, how could I restore that?

What kind of code snippet? No code snippet plugin or anything like that needed to run theme
I used the plugin code snippets for some custom code – then removed it cause some custom code made the site crashed. I was wondering if you made use of that plugin somehow at all? or if it has really no impact not to have it / use it.
As you can see in the image above I have lost a section when re-installing the theme – could you help there to put it back or find out why? Which Widgets are assigned to Footer 1st, 2nd and 3rd column? seems like they’re gone for me. Thanks
edit: managed to add back the footer widgets. If you could just double check on code snippets, to be sure I did not remove anything unintended via this plugin.
W recommend to use code snippet plugin for customizations in docs (if we speaking about the same plugin WP Code). It’s absolutely not used for any kind of core functionality and it’s not even installed with theme
Why can’t I integrate the WooCommerce payment gateway for bookings? Is there a setting I’m ignoring or missing? Why, when booking, isn’t the option to make a payment appearing? Thank you in advance, and also, thank you for the new updates. They’re incredible, the best theme in its category.
