Here’s a little secret for customers like me, who don’t have strong technical skills: combine three things and you’ll succeed – (1) your hosting support (for theme + plugin setup and demo import), (2) the powerful help from AI ChatGPT (even free version works), and (3) Vedoo’s support team. If you test your website, describe the issue clearly, take screenshots, and send them to Vedoo, they will respond in time. We live in a world of many languages and many levels of tech knowledge – so let’s give Vedoo the opportunity to understand us better, and they will be there for you!

I personally completed the Houzez theme 90% thanks to ChatGPT’s guidance. And now with Vedoo, I am doing exactly the same way. But the final touch, the real-time support and fixes, that comes from Vedoo. Honestly, to save everyone’s time and avoid unclear back-and-forth conversations, sometimes it’s even better to just grant them full admin access. Trust them with goodwill like a friend, rather than only from a business perspective, and in return you will have pleasant and memorable experiences.

To be honest, I feel bad seeing Vedoo receiving so many negative reviews. They really don’t deserve it. It’s a pity when customers and developers don’t fully understand each other. It’s like laying a golden egg but not letting it hatch – such a waste. Vedoo is the one sitting on that golden egg, and with a little more patience, it will hatch into something valuable for all of us.
