You can buy and test RTL. Generally we had customer this month with who we were fixing bugs in RTL but can’t guarantee it will works so you need to test yourself. If it will be bad just request refund.

Hi, I just tried to set-up the new custom permalink: category + region + name and after saving settings, opening a listing throws error “The requested URL was not found on this server.” any ideas what is wrong or not config properly? Thanks.

Do you have theme version 1.9.115 and latest listeo core? Both released yesterday?
yes got the latest theme and plugins -> now I selected the custom category + region + name and the listing URL is correct in terms of structure ( /category-region-listing_name), but throws the error The requested URL was not found on this server.

Suggestions: Minimum price range & maximum price range fields is displaying as per day in the front end. I suggest if we have option to define freely let say per person, per day, per unit etc. Maybe an additional field to fill up or a drop down maybe with pre defined options? And if left blank it will display the price range only. Thanks.

On my very fast server the Listeo theme has a LCP of about 20 seconds on mobile (desktop) is fine. I spent the last 3 hours trying to fix that with every solution possible. Different cache plugins, server optimizations and all kind of html, Elementor and PHP changes as suggested by ChatGPT. Nothing seems to fix it, Basically the main search bar at the top is causing this, no matter what. Which means the site is very slow on mobile. ChatGPT came to the conlusion it’s not fixable without rewriting the whole search widget in static HTML.
All this time I thought it was a problem on my server but I just checked your site listeo dot pro and it’s also happening on your server. On mobile your LCP is 15 seconds, which is really bad. You can check it yourself by running Pagespeed Insights.
is there a solution to this? Because you adverise your theme as highly optmized and fast with amazingly good pagespeed scores but in reality even on your own server it’s quite bad. At least for mobile.

Yes we advertise that theme is quick and optimized and achieves top results but in gtmetrix, not google page speed insights.

In docs there is extensive article linked https://onlinemediamasters.com/slow-wordpress-site/ so if you wish to get better results in page insights you can try many tweaks but it’s not easy with wordpress.

Hi, Is there a possibility with this theme that we can set different search filters depending on the category of ads? For example, we have a category of Accommodation, and for it I would have certain filters so that users could find the desired Accommodation more easily, while for the second category I would have, for example, Active vacation (Adventures in nature) and there users should have totally different search filters in relation to Accommodation, so that they can more easily reach the desired adventure.
Hi, not exactly but we are working on something like that – when user will select category and there will be custom filters for that category they will be shown below category dropdown.

Rollback to previous version, consider renewing support and send support ticket with admin access or enable debuging and check what error exactly it is because not can’t say much apart from the fact hundreds of people updated theme in past 2 weeks and no such issues.

This error when activating license is because of firewall on server where we host licensing software, will be fixed in update, today.
Hi again, on the listing page “half listings and Map”. On the map on the right, we can see usually 5 listings (number of listings on the first page). When zooming out of the map, it remains these 5. Is there a way that the map displays all listings when we use it / zoom out? It seems linked to the left-displayed listings only. Thanks
It shows listings from current page so if on current page are only 5 then on map will be only 5 aswell
I have multiple timeslots in a day. Selecting number of guests is disabled. If I book through one of the timeslots the entire day gets blocked as if it was booked out. I even tried setting the max guests and min guests but it did nothing! Any simple fixes, since I can see multiple people asked said question in the comments but looks like the answers have been deleted…?
Nothing has been deleted and what you describe is a bug from like couple of versions ago. Update theme and Listeo Core.
Hi, I am on the latest theme. The comments made by your/previous staff are deleted. they are from 2+ years ago but nevertheless I can’t find an answer to my issues if I don’t see what the response was… Maybe old moderator deleted their accounts and it deleted the responses alongside?
Anyways, do you by chance know whether that bug had to be solved internally or was there a workaround? Lukas was able to help out with a different bug that was in the current version and I am just wondering whether that is what resulted in the current bug starting to happen.
Theme 1.9.114 and Listeo Core 1.9.54? It was literally fixed a week or two ago (one slot blocking whole day).
P.S. Do you really think there is such bug in theme for 2 years? Comments are not visible because search form on theme forest is broken.
Hi. To set things straight alongside the email I sent. I am not saying there has been a bug for 2 years. I am saying I can’t read the responses… It is a bug on my end which could very well be cause by ME misconfiguring something(or not updating something?), which is the reason I am looking for more info! (i posted on facebook to see if anyone could help me out in case you guys wouldnt have time to respond)

Bottom line is, my original issue I had was solved. I just stumbled across another issue. Did my research and reached out with my findings attempting to give you something to use in case this issue has been something you dealt with in the past.

Hi, maybe you could recommend the best way to “bulk” import listings with WP Import? It seems we can’t process multiple files by default? How would you recommend to upload hundreds of xml files? Merged all into one XML? Thanks
If you can’t import hundreds of listings form one XML file then it’s something wrong with your hosting settings, memory limit etc.
no but when I upload files in WP import, it takes one and processes it, but not all the other ones? I choose upload -> select all files -> go through the 4 steps and then it imports only one. Do i need to merge all files into a single upload? I thought it’s possible to do a Bulk upload of multiple files (non-merged into one).
Please refer to docs and AI assistant maybe he could understand better. Generally WP All Import is designed to do bulk imports 100, 200 or 1000 listings at once you just need to have proper .xml file with parsed data + extension from docs to import listing custom taxonomy.
