Hello,

the latest update affected the Similar Listings look? It’s kinda messed up. Not sure if it was from the update but I tried to disable plugins and cache but the same thing appears on similar listings looking weird.

Hi, I am about to reimport many listings via WP IMPORT, I just want to update one custom field, which seems possible. To be sure that it will not modify any of the geolocation fields like geolatitude and geolongitude, and the place_id, shall I deactivate the google api KEY during import? This will not affect current listings? Just want to confirm if this method is safe? Thank you.

Hi, there is no such option by default, it’s unusual requirement, you would need a developer to modify this for you.

I followed your recommendation to use the WP Import plugin for transferring listings. I exported the listings from one of my websites (also using the Listeo theme) and successfully imported them into another website.

The listings and data were imported correctly, and the gallery images were also uploaded. However, the issue is that while the images are present in the media library, they are not linked to the gallery section of the listings after import.

why this happened?

I have recently purchased the theme and added the purchased code to the support section but the asked me this is incorrect.

Could you please guide me on how to fix this so that the imported gallery images are properly assigned to the listings?

I signed up myself as an owner and connected my Stripe account to test the payment process.

How does payment to owners happened and initiated? Does it just go directly to Stripe account in a few days without intervention? How does an owner request for payout?

This is a live account with actual money as payment to see for myself in behalf of an owner and not as an admin.

Hello Support, I want to know Is this possible that user upload images and that got saved to google drive instead of wp media library. Can we do something like this ? I have loads of images and that could slow down the server. Thanks

I haven’t made any changes to the website that could cause an issue, other than this last update.

Just following up on this: it seems like you have a bug on Search on Half Map Layout -> Categories -> Enable Multi-Select. For me it returns nothing when I select several categories. Please can you let me know or investigate the issue? Using the drop-down option.

What is included in the new version of theme please? version 1.9.118?

Please check changelog. Its linked in docs and ThemeForest. Regarding drop down I guess you modified setting in Listeo Core of behavior of categories and set them to AND so if you select eg 2 categories there are no results because you dont have listing added to 2 categories at the same time. So generally no bug, you just changed settings

Hi, ok i will check, in the meantime the new version has broken my license activation…? it was working and now asks for my license key and says it was already installed on my previous domain (wordpress) but then I changed to my custom domain www.custondomain.com..

edit: found how to change it to my new domain.

Definitely issue with API key. Create new unrestricted and test. Or you use search query which for Google returns 0 results. Check faq in docs and ai Assistant to troubleshoot issue. If no luck sens us suport ticket.

1. Which Dokan Pro fearures work / which wont work?

2. Can i restrict the dokan pro features in my packages for eg, my free package cant use Dokan Auction , but paid package can ? i want to limit certain Dokan features to the packages i would be selling.

1. We haven’t tested recently but most should work. We did not receive any support tickets regarding this matter

I have not purchased as yet as i am still deciding but i saw a comment saying not all pro features are compatible.

Hellou. In the “multi-step” function, when enabling the “reservation” section it appears in two steps. That is, if the reservation is in “step” 2, when activated it also appears in “step 3”. And if I place the reservation section in step 3, when activated it also shows up in step 2. This issue even occurs in their own demo.

Hello. I have installed the theme and activated the licence, but when I create a staging site for testing on, it say that ‘Your key has been installed on another domain’, and ‘You are allowed to use Listeo on one single finished site. If you want to use theme on a second domain you need to purchase a new license.’ Does that include th staging site. I have never had that problem using other themes.

Check again, I disabled staging sites in licensing software when I was doing some fixes and forgot to re-enable this https://prnt.sc/epCQC2YSce7M
