Hello FactGo Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with the FactGo theme regarding font control in Elementor.
When I select a specific font in the theme options (Theme → Typography), the font is applied throughout the website, which works as expected.
However, when I try to change the font of any text or section using Elementor, the changes do not apply on the front-end. The theme’s font settings override Elementor’s font selections, preventing me from controlling fonts individually per section or paragraph.
I have already tried the following steps:
Disabling Elementor’s default fonts in Elementor → Settings → General → Disable Default Fonts
Dequeueing the theme’s main CSS file (factgo-sass-css) using a child theme
Regenerating Elementor CSS and clearing cache
Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue.
Could you please advise how to allow Elementor to have full control over fonts for individual sections and text elements without being overridden by the theme?

Just answer me here, i can’t import demo and it should the url to get the xml file from is down. please check your demo url
Ensure cURL is working, and allow_url_fopen is enabled. Ensure PHP is configured with the latest CA Root Certificates.

When you make any changes in the control panel and click Save, the changes will not be made to the site.
This problem occurs after installing the demo, but before the modification is complete.

The demo is problematic, I plan to buy it if they fix it.

We checked all is fine , please clear browser cookies and cache
logo is not changing
You need to change it from the header and footer builder, it’s built with Elementor
