There’s an issue in your theme all the links inside the site is having no follow link, also there is no h1 tags in the blog posts that i created.

Hi, It seems that only TJ icons works great in menu, I tried to upload custom svg icons and they won’t appear on hamburger (mobile) menu, only on regular menu. Is there a fix for that?
We will resolve the SVG icon issue in the theme in an upcoming update. As the theme contains multiple icon fields across various sections, each one must be carefully reviewed and updated individually, which requires additional time.

The preloader takes almost 5 seconds to load, which is extremely long… Why does it take so long to load?

Thank you for your message. The preloader itself is not “loading” for 5 seconds by design. It only stays visible until the page finishes loading all required assets such as images, scripts, fonts, and third-party plugins.
If it appears for a longer time, this is usually related to server response time, large images, heavy plugins, or external scripts on the website, not the theme preloader itself.
The preloader is only a visual indicator and does not slow down the website. You can also disable it anytime from the theme options if you prefer not to use it.

I just installed the theme however I’m having some issues:
1. Could not import demo, error message in log: “Redux file was not uploaded. Error: No file provided.”
2. Can’t install plugins: Plugin Advanced Custom Fields Pro and TJ Bexon Core – error message: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
3. I can’t contact you thru support page as envato code verification fails.

Hi there, I managed to activate the core plugin manually and import one of the demos, however, I noticed the site is VERY slow, it is not smooth at all (when you scroll down it is very laggy), even the pages load slow… on mobile is the same and it needs to load fast. I build sites so I have experience with this. P.S. I even disabled all animations but the issue remains.
To me seems like the theme is not optimized for speed and this is a huge issue. Note that this is not related to my hosting as I have fast one and your demos on your hosting behave the same.
The theme looks great and I like the design a lot (great job!), but great design can’t compensate the site slowness.
Can you do something about that? If not, I would need to ask for a refund.

Regarding the demo import issue: our theme does not use the Redux Framework, so the “Redux file was not uploaded” message is not related to the theme itself. Please try the demo import again and ensure your server meets the required settings (memory_limit, execution time, etc.).
For the plugin installation error: The plugin installation error (PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT) is caused by a server configuration issue, not by the plugin files themselves. The plugins in the theme package are correct. Please ask your hosting provider to check:
PHP version (recommended: 7.4 or higher)
upload_max_filesize and post_max_size (at least 64M)
max_execution_time (300 or higher)
memory_limit (512M or higher)
After adjusting these settings, the plugins should install without issue

Tnx for the fast reply. PHP settings are fine, I’m using 8.2. The only way I could make your theme to work is by manually installing the Core plugin, I tried twice from scratch and got the same error, very strange.
Apart from that, could you please check why Bexon theme is so slow on frontend? I just compared your demos and my fresh theme installation with no additional plugins and I see huge performance issues, you can notice the same when you start scrolling down AKA moving the navigation bar down…you can see it’s lagging, please check it out > https://sigmadirectories.com/
I see your animations in demos are all ON. I tried disabling ALL animations on my side on the home page just for testing purposes and the issue remained. I would appreciate if you can figure out what the core issue is as I like this theme and would like to use it for my main business.
Note: I have a good business hosting and 3 active sites and I don’t have any issues with them.

Hey I just found the issue – Smooth Scroller in theme customizer. This thing may seems nice but it’s killing the smoothness. I just turned it off and it’s all good now.

I just did and I noticed the core plugin is still 1.0.2 (instead of 1.0.3). Could you please double check that on your side?
Also, I just disabled the Preloader: it looks great but it slows the page load drastically, you may need to optimize that in the next update

Does the Theme comes with all the demo designs styles and images with the bundle. 2. Can we import the demo designs to our site in simple clicks as we are not programmer. 3.
