This theme is a bit confusing. Your documentation is incomplete. For instance, you have two or three places to select a header type throughout settings, as well as a header builder. For whatever reason, the sticky header has now changed to an incomplete a header that I don’t want to use. I know that you asked for my login information, but that shouldn’t be necessary… just simple ways to make these adjustments, especially because you have created elementor widgets to handle the heavy lifting. Please advise.

The TX Contact Info Elementor module does not have a place to insert a link for email, website or telephone.in the footer. Please advise or fix
Logo is not customizable. I can’t change the logo size to my needs. I can’t change the menu design either e.g. menu hover color, background color etc. All pages hase same hero section, I mean I am not able to have different images for different pages. One static image for every page. And there is no option to turn of the hero section or customize it to my needs. There are other limitations as well that I will post here time to time. They have good creatives but in terms of customizing the theme it is very bad experience. I should have checked their documentation page before purchasing the theme. All header and footer versions are built using Elementor, allowing you to easily customize elements like the logo, its size, menu styles, and more. To access these templates, go to: Logistify > Templates If you’re editing a page and hover over “Edit with Elementor”, you’ll see the header version listed. Click on it, and it will open a new editor specifically for the header. Colleagues, be very careful with these scammers, the template does not comply with the complete customization they offer on their sales page, their code is outdated and generates a lot of insecurity, a few days after verifying this I requested an immediate refund as is normal with good people and companies, however, my surprise was that while I described all the problems and indicated that my client did not want the template because it did not fulfill the promise of “customization without code”, they very cunningly tried to “repair” their template and then say “ok, we fixed it, there is no problem anymore” despite the fact that the problems still exist, but with that excuse they try not to return the money, despite the fact that the client no longer wants to know anything about it due to her terrible experience with these low-quality people, who act like scammers, not like good professionals. Be very careful, do not buy their themes because you may regret it.
Your pathetic attempt to defame us with fabricated accusations is as desperate as your inability to use the template correctly. Let’s be clear: The product was delivered exactly as described, and our support team addressed your so-called ‘issues’—which you conveniently ignored because your actual goal was a free template, not a solution. You claim our theme is ‘insecure’ and ‘outdated’ yet fail to provide any legitimate proof, only whining about how we ‘fixed’ the template when in reality, you never had the technical skill to customize it in the first place. Our templates are used successfully by countless satisfied customers, but of course, the issue magically appears only for you—what a coincidence. Refunds are for legitimate cases, not entitled fraudsters who think screaming ‘scammer’ will override clear policies. If your ‘client’ is unhappy, that’s between you and them—don’t project your failures onto us. Next time, try honesty instead of deception. It’ll take you much further in life. Now move along.
I am trying to edit all posts, and take out the main categories and change to the categories selected from the posts I make. But cant see an option, i’ve gone through the support and it states themexriver doesn’t support this template.
