Unfortunately for you. I’ve uploaded via FTP, activated each plugin individually. The one causing the problem is QODE Optimizer. It worked fine without this plugin. I’ve been stuck for over 10 hours because of this issue, and then on your website, there’s no way to submit a support ticket because it doesn’t recognize the license. Please be professional. If you’d like, I can help you resolve it. (Ironically)
The Qode Optimizer plugin is optional and you don’t need to install it in order to use the theme. It is temporarily unavailable on WordPress.org, however, if you want to use it – you can download and install plugin from this link by clicking on “Download Free Version” link (please see screenshot). This plugin is optional now and everything showcased in the demo will be available even if you don’t install it.
When submitting support request, please make sure to fill in the form as shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Mikado) and then theme. It is important to select correct profile.

I have some problem since last update. Parallax image is not added in the source code. Parallax Element ”.qodef-parallax-img-holder” is not added. I have updated all plugin and theme. (elementor, slider revolution…) with licences.

Please check if you also updated Eona Core plugin to latest version (1.2 at the moment). After you update the theme all of the plugins with available updates will be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.
We tested the Parallax option on our installation and it is working correctly (please see screenshot).

Hi, Thanks for your reply. I have all uptaded (plugins and theme). I am wordpress dev. Sometimes custom parallax js is not in “eona-core-elementor-js-extra” script. And sometimes that works. I don’t understand why.

You can try to repeat demo import several times, but before you repeat it, please navigate to Appearance > Menus and delete menus, so menu items don’t get duplicated.
On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import which is a lighter demo import method.

Assistance Required: Compatibility Issue and Urgent Ticket Follow-Up (#285050)
The theme I am using requires Suhosin to be installed, but Suhosin is only compatible with older PHP versions (5.5, 5.6, 7.0). Meanwhile, WordPress mandates PHP version 7.2 or above to function properly. Since Suhosin has not been updated to support newer PHP versions, this creates a conflict, making it impossible to satisfy both the theme and WordPress requirements simultaneously. Could you kindly review this and consider adjusting the theme requirements or suggest an alternative solution?

The Suhosin extension is not required. The “System Info” sections only shows if you have it installed or not, however, if you don’t, you are not required to have it. The theme will work correctly without the Suhosin extension.

The site migrations are a bit outside our support jurisdiction. We recommend following these instructions to migrate WP from local server to live site – the same instructions should be followed if you migrate WP from one host to another.

As I mentioned in my comment, it doesn’t accept the purchase code. When I fill out everything and click Submit, it says “null” right under the Purchase Code field even though I entered the code there. Is the Order ID from the themeforest page? It’s a 9-digit numeric number

Thanks for writing in! Please note that the themes native import method is with Elementor, but the theme is compatible with WPBakery as well. However, it does not come included with the plugin nor can the content be imported and you will have to build your content from scratch.
So the native import method is handled with Elementor and installation of the plugin is required once you install the theme.

Please note that for our demo site, we haven’t done specific site speed optimization because the main accent was put on showing all the features and elements from the theme, as well as keeping the highest quality of the photos. There are many ways and tricks for improving WordPress site speed so-called speed optimization. A balance between size and quality is necessary. A good hosting server is also very important for the site´s performance. We always give advises to our users in support tickets when they build a site in our theme, what steps they should take in order to improve the speed.
