Hello, I have a big problem for the mobile version: I have the following pop-up message only on homepage – “my-website.ro wants to look for and connect to any device on your local network”
Is you theme compromised? Do you know about this error? It’s a huge error.

We are sure that this warning is not coming from the theme. This type of message is usually related to a third-party plugin or a browser/device permission request, not the theme itself.
Please try temporarily disabling your plugins one by one to identify which plugin is causing this message. Once you find the plugin, you can check its settings or contact the plugin author for further support.

Hi, I deactivated all plugins. Nothing changed, the message “my-website.ro wants to look for and connect to any device on your local network” is now on all pages. I installed them back (without WooCommerce plugins – I don’t need them).
I only have 5 plugins: - Case Addons - Contact Form 7 - Elementor - Redux Framework - Slider Revolution
Are you sure it’s not your theme the problem? How should I use your theme if the main page (on mobile version) has this fatal error?
I put a new page (created for test) and the error disappeared.
I saw în Chrome Dev Tools – in console – that there is a problem with the following URL:
(index):1 Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://my-site.ro/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure element ‘http://floka.local/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/displacement-5.webp'. This request was not upgraded to HTTPS because it is a local network request.

I solved this problem:
1. In theme.js, there is the following line of code: displacementImage: currentEl.attr(‘data-displacement’) ?? ‘http://floka.local/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/displacement-5.webp',
2. I deleted everything inside those quotes after ?? (‘http://floka.local/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/displacement-5.webp')
3. And now the problem is solved.
The problem was that the website was trying to find that file and wanted local access to the network. (http://floka.local).
What do you think? That code is meaningful or irrelevant? It can affect the theme functionality or my solution is good enough?

We can customize a video button for you, customers can click and watch the video with popup.
I would prefer to have a 5-second video preview in the portfolio instead of a video button. After clicking on a portfolio item, it should open the portfolio post and display the full video inside the post.

If the issue is to customize the theme to your liking, the developer is allowed to ask you to pay the full cost for each customization issue.
I got feedback, you did not send site information. So the developer cannot check the issues and fix it on your site. You need to trust and send site information to the developer, we are here to support you.
I never ask for customized solutions. I asked to fix the issues.
I’ve sent all the screenshoths/screen records and the links in your demo site templates.
As the bugs reflects in your demo site, I believe there’s no need to access my site.
I only need to fix those issues and push it as an update.

I am planning to purchase the Redox – Floka – Digital Agency & Portfolio WordPress Theme and would like to clarify one important detail before proceeding.
I want to build a website in three languages: Ukrainian, Russian, and English. However, I do not want to use a traditional translation system where each page is duplicated and translated. Instead, I need three separate content structures under the same installation — essentially like having three websites in one direction, where:
Ukrainian and Russian may share some similarities,
English will be completely different (different text and targeted at a different audience).
Could you please confirm if this is possible with the Redox theme? Also, I would like to know if the theme supports a language switcher at the bottom (for example RTL-ready functionality), even if the content is not strictly translations of each other.

I’d like to sincerely apologize for my previous messages, after some investigation, I discovered the issue was entirely on my side.
My server was unable to connect to the theme’s API due to a firewall restriction. After several attempts, I decided to install everything locally using LocalWP. Once I did that, the theme and all its demos imported perfectly. Everything works flawlessly now!
Thank you for your work, the theme is absolutely fantastic, and I’m excited to build with it.
