Hello,
this issue is currently blocking the website in production. The infinite loading comes from a 500 error in globetrek-tour-core (TypeError: string / string, line 295) triggered via admin-ajax.php.
This is not a configuration problem — the error disappears as soon as the plugin is disabled.
I really need a fix or patched version as soon as possible. Thank you. Lyly

Can I use this theme without the booking feature?

I would just need that replaced with a booking contact form and at the top on the tour page next to Wishlish and View map I would need a another button that says booking that connects to a URL.

I purchased the GlobeTrek – Travel & Tour Booking WordPress Theme, but I am extremely disappointed. This theme has caused me serious trouble and a big loss because of multiple critical issues that make it totally unusable.
Problems:
Filter customization is broken. New taxonomies appear but don’t work.
Home Page filter does not function at all.
Elementor filter widget is useless. Clicking once redirects to the category page, and I have to click again to apply – very poor workflow.
The theme is too limited, it doesn’t support proper customization for filters and taxonomies, which is a must-have for any travel booking website.
This theme does not meet real-world project requirements. I cannot use it, and buying it has put me in a big loss. Very disappointing experience.
