I’m considering using the Framek theme and I was wondering if it’s possible to filter projects dynamically (via AJAX) while keeping the default framek-projects widget layout.

The default framek-projects widget supports category filtering, but it does not include built-in advanced AJAX filtering out of the box. By default, filtering may reload the page depending on the layout configuration.
Please note that enabling advanced AJAX filtering would require some customization, as it is not a native feature of the default widget.
If you can share more details about your filtering requirements (by category only, tags, multiple taxonomies, pagination, etc.), we can advise you more precisely.

Framek is built primarily with Elementor, and the demo layouts (homepage, inner pages, header, footer, etc.) are created using Elementor. Because of this, Elementor is required to use the theme as shown in the demo.

After building my website when I press “work” button it opens demo version page and I can not find any link, any button to edit it. In wordpress I can not find that page to change anything. can you please help me in this matter?

Hi, I’m using the Framek Post Filter on my posts index page. The category tabs work correctly, but the “ALL” tab does not behave as expected.
My requirement is simple: when “ALL” is selected, it should display all posts across all categories on the same page, not redirect to the homepage or reset the query.
Currently: • “ALL” is not editable or linkable • Clicking it redirects users to / • There is no option to assign it to the posts archive or control its query behaviour • All posts are standard posts and properly categorised
Please confirm: 1. Whether the “ALL” tab is intended to fully reset the filter and show all posts within the widget 2. If so, what exact settings are required to prevent the redirect to the homepage 3. If not, whether this is a known limitation of the Framek Post Filter
If this behaviour is by design, I need confirmation so I can replace the filter with category archive links instead.

By default, when you click “ALL”, it takes you to my blog page. You can set the Posts page. To set which page displays your blog posts in WordPress, you need to configure the Reading Settings Or open file and edit the code. Path: wp-content/themes/framek/inc/elementor/widgets/post-filter.php

I don’t think you understand. I am on the blog page already. I click all to show all categories and it takes me to my homepage. Shouldn’t this come correct and not need to be custom coded?

Hi, thinking of getting the theme. A quick question: can YouTube videos be embedded in autoplay in detailed project pages? (If yes) Does preview on hover work with YouTube links as it does in Project Style 1?

Very frustrated. I added all my info directly into the template blocks assuming it would be mobile friendly like the live preview. It is not. Been back and forth with support and they can’t understand what I’m trying to get across. Now I’m stuck adding code and customizing ever little block to make it look like the example website does on mobile. Support is not helpful.

However, if you’d like to add advanced design elements or dynamic content beyond what’s included in the theme (for example: motion effects, forms, or custom popups), then Elementor Pro can be used optionally.

As it is right now, the main header is only for full-screen demos. How can I get the main header to work on home4, and make it in black color?
