I purchased the Mavis – Doctor & Medical Clinic Elementor WordPress Theme from the envato market yesterday. Downloaded my items immediately. Now I am trying to activate the theme with the purchase code and it’s saying the item is invalid. Why?
Why is this happening to my files? I need answers else I need to get a refund for the purchase $48 is not something to joke with!!
Either this get rectified or I get a refund period!!

Hello, I have done all that. I am not a newbie to Envato. In fact i hardly come to comment section to do anything! I can not submit a ticket as well that is why I even came here. While submitting a ticket it couldn’t parse my purchase code because it says invalid!
Look, either i get a refund or this is solved! I have the receipt from my bank and also from Envato. And it also amazes me that I can’t find the Mavis theme in my downloads on my profile! Like what is this nonsense!! It’s been a very long time I am doing all these commenting… Why coming to purchase from you and I am experiencing this??!

I just updated ELEMENTOR PRO to the latest version and site layout changed ( extra margins ), and also all links have underline styling.
Rolled back to Free Elementor verson to 3.21.8 worked. So even free version update is affecting the site.

I was able to temporarily solve the problem by deactivating two plugins, including YOAST SEO, which I will really need later on. Now, I would like to know how to modify the menu, as I can’t find it under “Appearance,” neither for the desktop nor for the mobile version. Thank you.
I recently purchased the theme and started using it, but I’m having issues with the booking system.
In the demo, the shows support for multiple locations, which is essential for us as we have multiple locations. How can customers select a location to book services accordingly?
Secondly, how does the payment system work? It always shows a $100 payment, but in realworld bills are not all the same. How can customers enter the total bill amount to pay, or how can they see the correct bill price to pay?
Thirdly, the location search is not working correctly. I bought this theme specifically for its functionality, but I can’t understand how to manage it in the backend.
