Hello, We are facing an issue on theme with booking form, when we disable the “drop off location in hourly pricing” then search doesn’t work, when we search pickup location then no auto location work, we can’t select any location, when we add location hard coded and then try again to search then map doesn’t work, it works when drop off location is enabled. Its in ” Taxi and Chauffeur Booking service Manager” plugin, please advice how it will work.

I recently purchased the LuxRide theme and I am trying to set up the booking process on my website. I have noticed that in your demo, such as https://luxride.themepanthers.com/lux2/home-16/ , the booking workflow is quite simple and intuitive.

However, on my site, I am having trouble configuring the booking functionality. The form on the homepage seems to be independent from the rest of the booking process. I can configure the form fields, but currently it only sends an email. I cannot figure out how to set up the subsequent steps of the booking process, such as displaying the vehicle, calculating the price, or showing a confirmation/thank you page, as seen in the demo.

I have looked through your documentation but could not find a clear explanation on how to configure this. Could you please guide me on how to set up the complete booking workflow on my site, so it works like the demo?

We recently purchased the Luxrid – Chauffeur Limousine Transport & Car Hire WordPress theme from ThemeForest, and we are facing an issue with the carousel display:

• On the Homepage – Premium Fleet section, the fleet images are not showing in a carousel. Instead, they appear as static images.
• The same issue occurs on the bottom of the homepage (Luxury and Brand Fleets section).

On other pages, the carousel works perfectly.

We have already tried multiple things to fix this:

• Duplicated the section from another working page.
• Duplicated the entire Services page and placed it on the homepage.

However, the problem still persists only on the homepage.

Could you please guide us on how to resolve this?

I have created the site using your Luxride theme, which is currently active here: https://crevzlimo.sitepreview.me/. I’ve added all the fleets and the booking form, allowing users to book their travel.

I noticed that the form is built with CF7- (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/qwxjPKZb00KZ ). Could you please explain how CF7 works — specifically, what happens after a user submits the form? Additionally, I would like to know if it’s possible to integrate a payment option into the form. I am looking to use HitPay, which is a widely used payment gateway in Singapore.
