After installing Orbius and activating the theme tried adding a page and got a strange behaviour. Any element I add is added to the header, title, body, and footer. So finally I see the same element 4 times. What can be the reason.

Thank you for reaching out. This issue may occur if certain sections, such as the header, title bar, footer, or off-canvas, contain blank content. Elementor’s script can sometimes generate duplicate content in such cases.
Please check if the “Title bar” or any other section is empty. If you don’t want a specific section to appear on a page, you can disable it either through the “Customizer” or via the “Page Options” metabox:
1. Navigate to Admin > Pages
2. Edit the affected page
3. Scroll down to the “Page Options” metabox
4. Adjust the settings for the header, title bar, footer, etc., as needed

You don’t need to re-import the Blog page separately, as WordPress automatically generates it by default. If you’d like to display your blog posts in a grid layout (similar to what you see on our demo site), you can achieve this using the Elementor “Blog Posts” widget. This allows you to easily control the layout, style, and grid options without needing an additional import.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Elementor Pro is not required for the theme to function – our entire demo site was built using the free version of Elementor, and all features listed on the item details page work perfectly without Elementor Pro.
That said, if you choose to use Elementor Pro, you’ll simply unlock its extra features (such as advanced widgets and templates), but it’s completely optional. The theme itself does not depend on it.

1. Install WooCommerce Plugin: Go to Admin > Plugins > Add New, search for “WooCommerce”, and install/activate it.
2. Import WooCommerce Default Demo Data: Go to Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Tools and use the built-in option to import the default WooCommerce sample products.

Hi, on following the above steps I have installed Woocommerce in the site. But the problem is, the shop page layout doesn’t align with Orbius theme. it is something different and comes with a right sidebar. I tried to disable sidebar in customize are but still the sidebar appears.
Please suggest the process on having Orbius specific layout for shop and other related pages like in Anant e-commerce theme.

I’m writing through the account under which the theme was purchased. The issue remains the same – there is a problem with translations using WPML. At first, we purchased Polylang Pro, but we were stopped there because it doesn’t support automatic translation of pages, which is exactly what we need.
Is there anything we can do about this? Can we get your support on the matter?
WPML is quite a widely used plugin and has well-structured options for extracting content. It detects the approximate word count, but it only translates the headings.

This error is related to the Envato Market plugin and usually happens due to one of the following reasons:
1. Incorrect or expired token – Please ensure your Envato API personal token is correct, has the required permissions, and hasn’t expired.
2. Missing API permissions – The token must include access to:
- View and search Envato sites
- Download your purchased items
- List purchases you’ve made
- Verify purchases you’ve made
3. Rate limit or temporary API block – Sometimes, too many API requests can trigger a temporary block.

Thanks for checking. The gap is actually coming from custom CSS that adds margin on very large screens. Please remove or adjust this code:

The sticky menu and default menu should be the same for smooth behavior. Please check the width settings of the sticky menu, or you can copy the default menu and just change its background color to match.
It only jumps to the standard menu without me scrolling on a page. Only when I switch from one page to another does it jump and become wider or narrower.
I have not changed anything in the settings for weeks and since 2 days it jumps and is no longer 100% wide. How can this be?

I’ve already provided a solution. Use the default menu for the sticky header. Then, utilize Elementor’s copy-and-paste feature to duplicate the menu styling. After that, update the background of the sticky menu as needed. This approach should resolve the issue effectively.
I chose the standard menu from the beginning and only adjusted the colours, font & navigation. It is interesting that it is absolutely problem-free in edit mode and goes right to the edge, but not in use. Even a completely new header does the same. There is always a margin on the left and right.

Hey! We build the whole website completely, the theme is extremely easy to navigate.
The only issue we currently have is that the off canvas menu is not being displayed on 2 of the mobile version pages. On desktop it works fine. Can you please help us with that? The header is the same for all pages so it shouldn’t be an issue, the off-canvas section is selected and set to “Off Canvas” from the drop down. It works fine with all other pages, except these two. How can we fix this?

Please try disabling those plugins and check again. If possible, restore a backup or use WordPress revisions from before the issue appeared.

Hm it turned out to be Royal Elementor Addons. Isn’t it installed with the theme? We haven’t installed it separately. Will it cause trouble for the rest of the website if I leave it deactivated?
