First off let me say that I absolutely love this theme! Thank you! The trouble that I’m having is I’m having a bit of trouble with certain pages not loading properly.

As an example this page https://foxpowerit.com/services/secure-cloud-storage/

Doesn’t quite load properly. The formatting is all off. I have several other pages that look like that. I also have a vendor that helps me manage the website but she can’t see the issues I can see which is weird.

Can you help me troubleshoot this so I can get it working?

Hi, I’m helping a friend who had a website made with your Roket theme. He currently has v1.3 but got the updated 2.0 version. How do I install the new version? Should I delete the old version and add the 2.0 version, or do I leave 1.3 in place, add 2.0 and then activate that? I don’t want to break the site. Thanks for your help.

Hello, I purchased the Rocket theme on your platform 5 months ago, and I am using it for my personal site. Since that day, I have been unable to use Elementor, and there have been no updates to the theme since I bought it. Is that normal? I thought a theme at this price would be usable for much longer. Tengo un problema he instalado un plugin llamado FOX – Currency Switcher Professional for WooCommerce v.2.4.1.7 para poder utilizar el sistema para que trabaje con varias monedas, pero lamentablemente cuando llego a la parte del CHECKOUT (https://bimsic.pe/checkout/?currency=USD) no me respeta la moneda y simplemente lo vuelve a poner en moneda nacional que en mi caso es el PEN (de Perú), al parecer la plantilla no está soportando ello.

Otro tema es que no veo el carrito de compras en la parte superior pese que en la opción “Choose Header Layout Type” esta habilitado al igual que la opción de “Show Cart Icon” pero igual no sale ese icono.

Por último no veo alguna opción para que se puedan registrar los nuevos usuario suscriptores.
