Imported the skin, but I am having several issues, especially with animations, hovering effects, and the like. I have Elementor, Elementor Pro, and WordPress on the latest versions. Do you have recommended versions that work best with your theme?

The (Financial Planning) headings from the demo content don’t work on my side. Even though I have Elementor Pro activated. Inspector (public page) shows the widgets offset off-canvas by left/right, not transform. With CSS resetting `left/right` to `0/auto` and `overflow: visible`, titles appear, but parallax no longer scrolls. No caching or optimization plugins, enabled Debug Mode, and disabled Optimizations from ThemeREX Addons Settings, still the same. Can you help, please?

Fresh WordPress installation, installed the parent theme, activated ThemeREX Addons plugin, installed child theme, imported demo content, but the whole site broke.

We could not reproduce the issue on our end. Please make sure you’re using the latest theme and plugins versions. Please update bundled plugins using Themerex Updater plugin. After the plugin installation, navigate to Appearance -> Themerex Updater and enter your purchase code. Then you can update the plugins in the Dashboard -> Updates, just scroll down to section Active theme components: Plugins.

I might go with Poedit because its cheaper than WPML and its compatible with your theme and you got a documentation which is perfect to me!

Considering your specific needs, Poedit might be a perfect fit for your translation requirements (e.g. from English into German). However, if your project evolves a full multi-language site management solution (English+ German etc.), WPML is an option for you.

I purchased this theme only the other day and it said it could not be activated because the licence is being used by a domain already. I have not used this theme on any domain in fact I have not even used it before. I am finding support really difficult to get an answer. You are giving tokens and keys out that are already used and this is delaying my project.

Can’t update the theme in the Dashboard using ThemeRex Updater. I m getting an error. I contacted the Host customer service and she tried to fix it but she was not able to fix. She said “the theme script is outdated and new theme updated is not syncing . So I request you to contact theme vendor and say them to update script and take fresh backup of the theme so that we can upload it hear in the server and make it work”

Themeforest Theme file is not version 2.1.0.

Will not activate after install via Wordpress dashboard or ftp. After theme is activated it shows white screen and “There has been a critical error on your website”.

We appreciate your interest in our theme! The theme package has “one-click import” tool allowing to import all the demo data and make the website look as on the demo. After the installation, you only need to replace the images and text in a user-friendly Visual Composer.

Demo images will have watermarks as they are copyrighted to their respective owners. If there is a need, we may send you the list of image ids from depositphotos.com so you could use them on the site too.
