Imported the skin, but I am having several issues, especially with animations, hovering effects, and the like. I have Elementor, Elementor Pro, and WordPress on the latest versions. Do you have recommended versions that work best with your theme?
The (Financial Planning) headings from the demo content don’t work on my side. Even though I have Elementor Pro activated. Inspector (public page) shows the widgets offset off-canvas by left/right, not transform. With CSS resetting `left/right` to `0/auto` and `overflow: visible`, titles appear, but parallax no longer scrolls. No caching or optimization plugins, enabled Debug Mode, and disabled Optimizations from ThemeREX Addons Settings, still the same. Can you help, please?
After debugging the issue further, I’ve identified the specific technical cause:
Root Cause: TRX Addons parallax system is positioning heading elements using left/right CSS properties with extreme negative values (e.g., -844.56px, 844.56px) instead of using transform properties. This breaks Elementor Pro’s motion effects, which expect transform-based positioning.
Affected Elements: Headings with these classes: – .trx_addons_parallax_blocks_inited – .sc_parallax.slide-title-left – .sc_parallax.slide-title-right
Console Output Evidence:
Off-canvas element: elementor-element-9b352fd [...] 844.56px -844.56px
Off-canvas element: elementor-element-94c7013 [...] -844.56px 844.56px
Both elements show data-parallax-params attributes with TRX Addons parallax configuration, indicating a conflict between your parallax system and Elementor’s motion effects.
The Issue: Your parallax implementation uses absolute positioning (left: -844px) to move elements off-canvas, but this prevents Elementor’s transform-based parallax from working correctly. When I reset left: 0, the headings become visible but lose parallax functionality.

We could not reproduce the issue on our end. Please make sure you’re using the latest theme and plugins versions. Please update bundled plugins using Themerex Updater plugin. After the plugin installation, navigate to Appearance -> Themerex Updater and enter your purchase code. Our previous server has crashed, and I can no longer access it to deactivate the license. I’m currently setting up a new environment for our company website. As part of our workflow, server crashes and recovery processes are expected and may occur again in the future during testing and deployment.

I purchased this theme only the other day and it said it could not be activated because the licence is being used by a domain already. I have not used this theme on any domain in fact I have not even used it before. I am finding support really difficult to get an answer. “Tax Help – You have version 2.0.1 installed. Update to 2.1.0.” I am getting an error everytime I update. I downloaded the themeforest Zip file, but the one downloaded is an old file 2.0.0.

Will not activate after install via Wordpress dashboard or ftp. After theme is activated it shows white screen and “There has been a critical error on your website”.

Demo images will have watermarks as they are copyrighted to their respective owners. If there is a need, we may send you the list of image ids from depositphotos.com so you could use them on the site too.
