Hello! I am messaging regarding the Do Good theme. I purchased some years ago. I hired someone who just ruined my site. I am happy to pay for renewal support. I just want to confirm that the support will direct me on how to make specific elements. I have been a customer for over ten years. I was very satisfied with another developer. He was very helpful on instructing me on how to customize. I want to ensure when renewing the support that select them support will be as helpful. Again, I hired someone. The made a mess of my site. I always am better off when I do it myself. Again, if I renew support, I will receive specific instruction on how to make specific elements to my site.

Here is the site. This nothing of what I want. The developer kept taking liberties, not following instruction. I paid him but he didn’t do what I instructed. I am better off doing it myself. Below is the site

I don’t believe you read my message. You provided links to Stockholm, I purchased the DoGood them. Can you provide a link to the tutorial for DoGood please?

This theme keeps breaking my site. The white screen of death comes every time I activate the theme and I have to keep restoring it

Have you perhaps installed the theme on a site with existing content that was previously made with some other theme? We usually recommend installing the theme and importing the demo on a clean installation. Also, we recommend using PHP 8.3 or some previous PHP version.

The theme is working correctly on our installation. I purchased and installed the DoGood theme with Elementor and Revolution Slider and I’m experiencing an issue only on iPhone using Chrome browser.

Problem description:

Revolution Slider works correctly on: Desktop (Windows / macOS) Android (Chrome) iPhone using Safari But it does NOT work on iPhone when using Chrome.

i dont remember the old domain it was registered so i can de register it and register in the new domain. How can I find out on which domain it was registered?

We deregistered the purchase code for you. You should be able to register the theme now.

You also have an option deregister your purchase code via deregistration form at our Help Center in “My Products” section of your account. If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message the correct url will be written.

Attachments from demo didn’t import. Opened a support ticket, but slow to respond…

Are you perhaps using the Qi Addons for Elementor plugin with the theme? The issue is most likely related to the swiper library from the Qi Addons plugin. Try to update the Qi Addons plugin to the latest version and disable the Swiper library upgrade option in Qi Addons for Elementor > Settings tab > General (please see screenshot).

when is the theme getting updated?

Is this theme is compatible with buddypress and “social plateforme” that i include with?

Thanks for taking an interest! Please note that we have not tested the theme with this plugin and cannot guaranty theme compatibility. Usually most of our themes are compatible but we simply cannot guaranty compatibility since it has not gone trough the testing stage.

Update needed! My site broke with core updates from Wordpress. I had to rollback to Wordpress 6.0.5 for my banners and logo to reappear on my website, and there are still problems. When will an update be available that is compatible with Wordpress 6.3.1? I loved this theme, but if it isn’t updated, it isn’t any use to me.
