I am reopening this case because I need real technical assistance — not redirection.
I was previously told to create a ticket at support.vamtam.com, which feels unnecessarily complicated given that this issue was already reported and discussed. Please clarify why I am required to repeat the process instead of continuing troubleshooting within the existing communication. From a customer perspective, this adds friction and delays resolution.
More importantly, the core configuration issue remains unresolved. Redirecting me toward refund procedures without a serious troubleshooting attempt is not acceptable. I purchased your product expecting competent technical support when problems arise.
This delay is already affecting my work timeline. I expect your team to actively diagnose and guide me through resolving the issue instead of shifting responsibility back to the customer.

On our website but even in your online demo https://tecnologia.vamtam.com/ there is a console error Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 () for an ajax call with payload action: vamtam_get_woosw_buttons For the moment i just commented the javascript calling that code but i’d love to do not have to fix it again in the next theme update. Could you please fix in for the next update?
