Further to my last email I have also detected an issue with the desktop view as this is also having issues. When the header is transparent once you scroll down on desktop page the header stays white and does not go back to the transparent header.

Please can you kindly assist as there seems to be an issue with the mobile header on mobile view. In customise I have selected transparent header when scrolled however on desktop view this functionality is working fine but on mobile view the header stays permanently and does disappear on scroll or transparent with banner header image.

Please could you kindly assist and help on the getting the same functionality on desktop and mobile view.

Hello, I hope you are doing well. I am facing an issue with the theme: All products on my website appear as “Sold Out” on both the collection page and the product page, even though the products have inventory available in Shopify (for example: Available = 1). Because of this problem: The product card shows a “Sold Out” badge. The “Add to Cart” and “Buy Now” buttons are disabled on the product page. Customers cannot purchase the products although stock is available. I did not modify anything in the theme code. Could you please guide me on how to fix this and where in the theme the product availability logic is controlled? Thank you for your support. Best regards, Peter

I purchased this Shopify theme on 6th August 2025 and the purchase code for the same is 2098495b-0378-43a3-9907-4e76a25e6649 I had two issues on the theme and they are listed below: 1) Cant set “Home” button in the top menu bar as it opens to some box whe we do mouse over, so we have renamed it. 2) Cant edit anything on “Cart” page template, everything is white there, need to do some edits.

In theme setting > Product gereate I have set “Metal Tone” For color swatches. It enabled color swatches in Page but Color on product page is not showing it shows text in circle. I have uploaded iamges in content > Files

My varaints are Rose gold, White Gold, & Yellow Gold. I have uploaded images with name Rose_Gold.png & Rose-Gold.png but image in swatches are not showing it shows text only.

I even tried changing variant name to RoseGold and File name Rosegold.png Still in swatches image is not showing it shows text in circle.

Hi, When users browse the product listing page on my Shopify jewelry store and click on a product to view its details, they are redirected to the product page as expected. However, when they click the browser back button to return to the product listing page, they are taken back to the top of the page, instead of being returned to the same scroll position where they left off. Is it because of using of infinite scroll? What can be done please suggest.
