I apologize for trying to reach out here. I have not really used my website in years but needed show a client I had nearly 10 years ago a gallery. I purchased this theme in 2013 and obviously since not touching it for a long time the theme needed an update. I installed the update but the AstroFramework plugin is not active and when I try do to so wordpress advises it can’t activate with a fatal error. Anyway to get assistance with this without having to purchase a support extension?

I’ve updated the theme today after using it since 2016, the galleries is just missing, it is still on the Portfolio pages but when you click on the gallery main image it just loads blanck, any suggestions please?

Hi, I am looking at purchasing your theme but first need to understand what limitations the lovely homepage book style slider has. In the demo on hover of a tab a box shows and if clicked the image opens full screen. How much info can go in this box that shows on hover? can buttons be added here? When one of the tab images is clicked can the user be taken to another normal page or post (not image gallery)? Thanks in advance for your time!

1) You can’t add any buttons there, sorry;
2) Yes, clicking on a tab image can take you anywhere (it is already an option)

Renew your support, is that why the page and post creation cannot be done and showing blank? I just downloaded the latest theme now and its throwing this glitch…Wow!
I’m pretty sure that this bug is not coming from the theme, because I don’t have any similar report. I suggest that you turn OFF all the plugins that are not included with the theme and try again. If the problem goes away then activate the plugins one-by-one and re-test the issue. This will allow you to determine what plugin is causing the conflict.

You can also try and install the free plugin Contact Form 7 that has alternative ways to send emails. Please consider renewing support, because it has expired. Cheers!
Quick question for you. I need to make a portfolio gallery with over 1500 images. I want the page to load open just an image gallery with small thumbnails and when the user clicks on one it gets larger for viewing. It has been some time since I had to really edit my site and this gallery will work differently than my other ones and I am just stumped on how to make it work properly. Currently the images will go full screen and become a slider, I don’t want that. Appreciate the help as always.

You can use a portfolio layout like this https://www.pirenko.com/astro/portfolios/beach-boys-2/ and add an “Image Gallery” to the page content. Still 1500 images on the same gallery does not seem to be a good idea.

I have used your astro theme for 3 years now and until last update it performed very well on www.fotoale.pl . After I updated to version 4.7 the site takes terrbily long time to load (approximately 20 seconds). After I tested it on pingdom.com the result shows that 90% percent of the loading time is waiting for the server. The contents and structure of the site are stable and not much changed there.
Could you, please, help me on how to address this problem?
