I see no option to import jobs from Career Jet. I installed all the add-ons and plugins. I only see Indeed under Jobmonstr > settings. Indeed requires 10000 visitors before allowing publishe account.

Thank you very much. That works. But another concern I have is that, on the Post A Resume button, I think it is better to have an option to just upload a resume or enter the resume manually. If the canditate choose to do it manually, then this current form will load; and if they choose to upload a resume, the form will not show, but only the upload button will show. No Response from Support system I purchased additional Noo Theme Support license for JobMonster on 12th November to assist with updating our website http://www.ayc.com.au where we have Job Monster installed, provided by Noo Themes. This support is supposed to be valid until May 15th 2026 I recently submitted a support ticket titled New Registration Process issues with reference #1222820 however havent received any support or response for over 2 weeks now.
I am unhappy with the support received and request immediate response or refund accordingly as I am not receiving the services I paid for.
Update – now 8th December, nearly 4 weeks since submitting support tickets and still no response.

Please do something about guest applications. some users are abusing the system by attaching the wrong files. what we need here is that admin must approve the guest applications before the system sends them to the employers by email to see if the attached file is a CV or something else.

The Theme has an issue. When WP Super Cache, users are not getting a confirmation after applying for a job. the flash message is not showing. also, the users are not getting a warning when the file is bigger than the set file size when applying as guests and uploading the CV.

Please make easy apply in next release. When the candidate applies using resume (Profile), the system must attach the CV file included in the resume to the email notification sent to the employer. many employers does not visit the dashboard, they want to get the CV files to their inbox.

Yes, I’m aware of that option — it works when applying as a guest and uploading a CV file directly.
However, what I need is different: When a user creates a resume and attaches a CV file to it, I want that attached CV file to be included and sent in the notification when the user applies using that resume.

I wanted to check the features through the live demo provided, but I couldn’t access “Candidate Login.” There seems to be some sort of error that links me back to the login page, even though the URL has already changed from “https://wp.nootheme.com/jobmonster/resume-home/” to “https://wp.nootheme.com/jobmonster/member/”, but the browser still kept me on the login page.
While the demo on the “Employer Login” side is working fine. Please provide support on this matter since I am really considering purchasing your theme.

We are considering your template for a private job portal and need to confirm whether it meets the following functional and privacy requirements:
1. Private access and user roles
The portal must be completely private: only the home page should be visible to non-registered users. Companies (employer users) should be able to view all registered candidate profiles. Candidates should only be able to view and edit their own profile, and should not be able to see profiles of other candidates or companies. No profile or company information should be publicly accessible without login.
2. Automatic candidate rating
We would like candidates, during registration or profile editing, to complete a test-type form (multiple-choice questions, each with a specific point value). The sum of the points from the answers should automatically generate a rating visible on the candidate’s profile, for example: “4-star profile” or a numerical score. This rating is not essential, but it would be very interesting if the template supports it or if it can be easily adapted.
Clarifying questions:
Does the template allow restricting access to all pages and profiles, except the home page, to registered users only? Is it possible to define differentiated roles (company/candidate) with different viewing permissions? Can companies view all candidate profiles, while candidates can only view their own? Does the profile system allow adding an automatic rating field based on the answers to a form? If not implemented, would it be easy to add? Does the registration or profile editing form support test-type questions with configurable scoring? We would appreciate a detailed response to these points to determine if your template is suitable for our project, or if adaptations would be necessary.
