Has anyone had issues with their menu, headers, or review widgets not working? I’ve been working on this with my hosts support team for a week now and we are no further than we were to begin with. I can restore a previous backup and my site looks normal for a few seconds and then breaks again.

I get the following message: Installation failed: Folder could not be created.
Please unzip the file and upload artale-elementor folder to your server /wp-content/plugins/ and replace old files.

I’m currently using Artale Theme Elements for Elementor 2.1 with Elementor 3.32.1, but when I look for templates in the Pages → Library section, no Artale templates appear. The library has been empty for the past few days.

I’m following up again regarding the issue with the Artale Elementor templates library.
It has now been about six months since I first reported that the Artale templates no longer appear in the Elementor library. At the time, you mentioned that you would investigate the issue and release an update.
Unfortunately, the problem still persists. As a result, several of us who purchased the theme are currently unable to properly maintain or update our websites, since the templates are no longer accessible.
Could you please let us know if a solution is planned and when we might expect a fix? Being able to access the Artale templates in the Elementor library again is essential for maintaining the site we paid for.

Hi, I selected a certain Header configuration. But the displayed header is completely different. Then no matter what I change in footer, it doesnt reflect in the Website even after selecting the changed footer configuration.
Then for Instagram Integration – There is no proper documentation, the documentation is vaguely written. There is nothing in the Wordpress backend as mentioned in the documentation.
Videos are useless just rushed through. Disappointed with the purchase.

It’s very hard for me to fix the issue since you refused to provide anything so I can’t get any access to theme backend.
1. The footer settings can be overwrite in each page options as well as stated here https://docs.themegoods.com/docs/artale/pages/page-options/
2. You have to check the page options on page which you had the issue to see if it has custom footer settings. The footer images you mentioned is not using any Elementor integration. It’s using gallery widget and footer post with Elementor. So you can customise it using Elementor.

Today I noticed that some button’s on the site seem to give an error. Has this to do with the latest theme update?
“Boek nu” doesn’t work anymore, “meer info” still works… If you enter the “Boek nu” link in the url, the page is still online… Don’t know what’s the issue here.

exactly this is not working since the update V2. The old templates are working but all V2 templates can’t be importet. When i click import, the window close and nothing happend. All plugins are updated. The old stuff is working.

Hello! Great theme but be advised that there’s an issue with the menu on mobile pages, since the latest Elementor updates ( starting Elementor 2.5). If you’re in this case, downgrade to Elementor 2.4.8 Hopefully ThemeGoods will update the Artale Theme Elements for Elementor to fix this issue.
