the footer – copyright (bottom section) social icons can be edited via the customizer (dashboard > appearance > customizer > social icons). There is a shortcode used there, you need to add additional attribute to each link (target_blank=”true”) e.g. [sicon sc_link=”#” sc_icon=”fab fa-linkedin-in” target_blank=”true”].

That’s it, now links open in new tab.

Thanks for the reply.

According to my dashboard, I have the latest updated theme, version 3.2.2, which was updated earlier this year and fixed the overall issues.

I am noticing these errors as I am creating a few new pages and using the icon widgets for the first time.

Is the php 8+ that wants more strict use of types, is nothing important and will be fixed in the upcoming theme update.

make sure the theme and its bundled plugins are updated to their latest versions v3.3+.

When you update the theme you can update the bundled plugins via Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins > Updated the outdated bundled plugins.

Hi there,

the slider have layers and the textual content is in a grid, the background image or video is set as a background image that fills the slide. Also the slider widget can be controled via elementor to make it full width or in a container.

When editing the page in the wordpress editor make sure elementor full width template is set as a page template.

I don’t know what exactly you are refering to, there a numerous settings that can affect the full width of an element.

in the latest versions of Elementor they added new experimental feature that is enabled by default called elements caching – it caches the elements for 1 day – all I can say about is – that is not my favorite feature.

So navigate Dashboard > Elementor > Settings > Features (tab) > set to “Inactive” Elements Caching and set to “Inactive” Optimized Markup. <—this will fix your problem.

Also, on the General tab (elementor settings) make sure the Pages is checked and disable default font and color is also checked.

P.S. is you have any caching plugins enabled make sure you clean the cahce from them also or disable it while you editing the site.

Hi there,

first update the theme and its bundled plugins to version 3.2.2 – after you update the theme, go from Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins you will have access to update the bundled plugins also.

- Next, update Elementor to its latest version 3.28.0, after that navigate Dashboard > Elementor > Settings – in the General tab make sure Pages, Posts and Cases are checked;

- Next in Features tab set to Inactive – Element Caching and Optimized Markup. If Elementor shows alert that it needs to update its database click on that and let it finish.

Theme is tested on v3.2.2 with Adri Ajdethemes Elements v3.2.2 and Adri Ajdethemes Cases v3.2.0 and the latest version of Elementor and everything works fine.

P.S. make sure to clear/purge the cache if you having caching plugins setup.

Newer Elementor versions introduced too many breaking changes, currently rewriting the whole adri-ajdethemes-elements plugin, but i would have to also rebuild all pages in order the imports to work correctly. There will be update v3.3.0 released that would contain all the fixes for this, the update should be out before the end of the week. You should downgrade the Elementor plugin to v3.25.* in the meantime or to the version that worked for you.

Update the theme to its latest version and make sure the bundled plugins are also updated and match the theme verison. Next, disable the Elementor caching (Dashboard > Elementor > Setttings > Performance > Cache – set to Disable) – this will fix any bugs where Elementor preview does not match the live site.

The theme is at vesion 3.2, so it should resolve a lot of errors.

The item comes with the bundled plugins you don’t need to upgrade or enter any codes. The bundled plugins will be updated when there is new theme update.

You are free to purchase the bundled plugins (again) yourself and update them when you want.

Everything works fine with the latest update, also the theme and its demos are just a starting point, and most of this content is intended to be replaced and removed.

Just wait the loading to complete, Elementor is updating its databse. After that it works as normal.
