You need to add at least 9 projects in each category that you have for that to work, it is using the infinite grid, and it requires minimumm entries.

Hi, I got this theme when it was available as a free theme of the month. I really like it as a design. I just have a problem with uploading images to the portfolio: when I insert images (Add Media) and refresh the page, the images are not uploaded and attached to the post. What is the reason for this bug? How can I solve it quickly? Thank you very much

Thank you for the quick response. It is just when I save the page to publish/update the content that after I do this, the images are not saved. The article is updated correctly, but the images are not saved (in the db?) so the field for Project images always comes up empty.

No luck. I updated WP to the latest release and all the plugins as well. This is the first time I am experiencing this problem, and it is absolutely strange. It seems that it is just the “Project Options” tab that does not retain the settings: the layout selection (Project type) is not retained either, as well as the checks in the other fields.

Hello, I just upgraded from version 1 to version 3.0, and the update changed several fonts on my site, as well as breaking all of the Portfolio Projects, which no longer display correctly – I’m not seeing the images at all. Is there a fix for this, other than downgrading back to the old version of the theme I was using?

When you update the theme make sure you update the acora-settings plugin as well I think this is the issue.
Uninstall and remove the acora-plugin, uninstall and remove the Acora theme than reinstall again the Acora theme and activate all plugins including the acora-plugin, after that to be sure that there is nothing in the cache clear the browser cache.
I think this will do it, I could not find and bug in the theme.

Hi, I have a question. After I upload photos from FTP, it creates like 12 examples of photos for different dimensions, and it takes to much memory because I have to upload too much photos. I upload from servers to media library only the image I want, not all versions. So if I delete the 12 versions of images it will affect the website? Because I don’t have too much memory on server and I have to upload more photos.

No it will not affect the website except the images that you delete if used in the section where is supposed to be used will not load but it should be fine.

Hi, I have to upload too many images, like 1000 – 2000 photos. They are each few MB from 2 – 10 MB. Does this impact the site to be slow on use? How can I improve the speed of website? And also, do you have any option how to upload many images like any plugin or other method because regularly upload is not to much efficient? Thank you!

No it will not affect the speed, the theme is already optimized… I do not recomend to use any plugins to imporve speed.

Use the media library this way the theme will optimize and create small versions when needed, Acora creats multiple versions for the image that you upload, for example if you upload an image for the portfolio, Acora will create a small version for the portfolio grid this way it is very fast and optimized.
This is just an example, there are many other things like this to optimize speed under Acora’s hood/

1. when I click on a category and open the page with images, I don’t want every image to have a project link in it, I want just to show images in each category with infinite zoom. Is it possible like this? I don’t want the description.
2. Or when you click on a image that has link of project to open the full screen infinite with zoom images.
3. Example: Homepage: https://themes.webdesign-flash.ro/acora/ when you click on one of the category to open this: https://themes.webdesign-flash.ro/acora/portfolio-infinte-grid-zoom/ but to disable link on images.

When I click on homepage with categories and open a specify category, I don’t want to open a page with projects, but I want to open a gallery page, which have images of this category. Is possible like this?

You could create projects and open them from Infinite Gird Pro but is nto possible to create portfolio projects with IGP.

I’d downloaded the Acora theme back when it was free and wanted to try it out, see if it would work how I wanted it to, but I also see it was incompatible with Wordpress 6.2 – are there any critical components that would not work if I were to install anyway? I’m having some issues with Firefox and Edge Browser clients.
The images of the posts and the related posts aren’t being shown. I think it is because of the blinking effect.
Is there some setting that I can change to avoid this?

Hello, I have downloaded it from the free files and uploaded the demo in order to test the theme. I created my own user and deleted the 2 users that are being created from the demo and transferred all the content to the new user. Whenever I am changing the setting from a portfolio and updating, it keeps resetting them and also deletes all the project images. Even when I editing the existed ones or creating new ones.

Check the browser console to see if there are some errors in the console.

Also, the Ultimate Video Player doesn’t give you the option to stop the autoplay. If I want to watch only one video of the playlist, I can’t. I made a custom playlist with uploaded videos and doesn’t display neither the name or the video label on the playlist, you just have the image preview that you have selected.

I’m downloaded it as its from free files of the month. Tested it, and uploaded the demo content, which everything okay. yeah, When I’m add new project or edit demo project with my files, when I open the error file and check the line, all of it leads to something like “sanitize_text_field”, // Sanitize acora_gallery_images JSON… Did I miss something?
I am working on an update now, it will take about two weeks to finish, I checked this and I could not replicate the issue but I will investigate this more, maybe I am missing something.
