We have tried fixing is with update of all plug-ins but when we do it, the Shopping Cart stops working. It fails to refresh with the newly added item to the Cart, so the Cart icon stays empty but at the same time there are products in it. As the Cart is empty, the user cannot access it.
We saw that the theme is not compatible with the latest version of woocommerce. Not sure if this is the problem, please advise.

Hi, thank you very much. I have been able to upload the theme successfully and use the theme on my site. I cannot see the home page, though. I only see the default wordpress web page, with the first blog page. I selected the fashion demo page, but the main page is not visible. How can I access this page? Other pages are okay, however.

I’ve gone here and seen the option to set the page. What I meant is that the home page does not exist in my uploaded site. Under pages, I cannot see a home page. I did a demo import, but the page is not showing. I am seeing other pages such as about us, checkout, cart, product and product details pages though. Only the home page is missing, and I cannot trace it anywhere.
do you check your database prefix name . your hosting file -> wp-config.php data prefix shoud be wp_ other wise demo do not working

I installed the theme on my conzela.com page, but I’m getting various errors. I get a lot of errors with widgets. Also, in the home page theme editing section, I get errors like Warning: Attempt to read property “slug” on null in /var/home/erktolia/conzela.com/wp-includes/taxonomy.php on line 4655. The slider is not responsive when first opened, then it automatically covers the entire screen.

Thanks – after working with the hosting server team, here is the status: 1) We no longer are getting the “incompatible archive” error when trying to update the parent theme (previously we were getting this error in the hosting log:

Now the error we are getting is this: “The style sheet is missing” – but when we open the folder, the style sheet is there.
Any idea how we can fix this?

hello, may be you upload the download folder, follow this. first unzip the download folder, # find theme file folder # find kable.zip file # unzip the kable.zip file open folder then again find the kable folder, #this folder zip again. then try to upload this kable.zip file
THANK YOU for such prompt reply! – it worked. – Until now I was always able to simply upload the zip folder with both the Mac and the kable folder inside the “downloadable wp files only”...............this is the first time I have to unzip and remove the “Mac” folder before zipping up and uploading again. Going forward, it sounds like I always need to remove the “Mac” folder before updating the zipped “kable” folder via the WP dashboard, correct?

1) Update Revolution Slider 2) Wordpress Bakery
Those plugins came bundled with the kable theme. Can you assist us in updating them to plug the security hole?
PS: If we don’t use the WP Bakery, is it ok to simply delete that plugin, without affecting the theme functionality?

Our Antimalware Plugin (Defender) has flagged 2 vulnerabilities – they are both associated with our inability to UPDATE two plugins that came bundled with the theme:
1) WP Bakery 2) Slider Revolution
At this time I am unable to update without a license for the plugin.
If the site developer isn’t using WP Bakery, can I delete it, or will it break the site?
