The “Add to Cart” button is set to appear on hover by default. If you’d like it to be always visible under each product, this would require a custom modification, as there is currently no built-in option for that.
Regarding header styling options, you can refer to our documentation here for a detailed overview of available settings and configurations: https://documents.risingbamboo.com/wp-automize/theme-options/header-settingThe header is not editable via Elementor. However, the footer can be customized using Elementor.
All the plugins used in our demo (as seen on the preview) are included with the theme package. They are all free and do not require any additional purchase.
All required plugins are sourced from the official WordPress repository (wordpress.org), except for the RisingBamboo plugin, which is developed by our team and included in the theme package.

Yes, our theme fully supports RTL (Right-to-Left) languages, including Arabic and Hebrew. Once you switch your WordPress site’s language to Arabic or Hebrew in the backend settings, the entire layout will automatically adjust to the Right-to-Left direction.

My import didn’t include the footer, megamenu, or other pages; only the home page came through. How do I import the entire page?

To ensure the demo content is fully installed as intended, we recommend that you reset your website and reinstall the theme from the beginning, this time selecting the “Extra Data” option.

The “Import Demo Content” feature pulls data online from our cloud server. Unfortunately, our Vultr VPS recently experienced some technical issues. However, their support team has resolved the problem, and you should now be able to import the demo content as normal.

If the feature you mentioned is not available in the Product Detail customization section inside the Customizer, that means our theme does not support it.

The page you’re referring to is a default WooCommerce single product page. As such, it cannot be edited using Elementor in the usual way. All configurations for this page are explained in detail in our documentation.
If you need to make additional changes or add new elements to this template, it would require custom coding. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide support for customization requests, as these go beyond the scope of our standard support.

I recently purchased your theme, but I mistakenly activated it on the wrong domain that I was only using for testing purposes. Because of this, the license now shows as expired when I try to use it on my actual domain.
Could you please reset the activation so I can properly use the theme on my main domain www.rawrpm.com i alredy delete the testing domain in hostinger you can go and check there no theme in okd testing domain

Yes, our theme does support RTL languages. To activate it, simply change your site’s language to Arabic or any other RTL language. The theme will automatically switch to the RTL layout accordingly.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. The RTL layout in our theme is built to automatically adjust based on the selected site language. In other words, the RTL layout is developed following the structure of WordPress and WooCommerce, and it activates only when the site language is set to an RTL language like Arabic.
To display the Arabic layout by default, you would need to set Arabic as the default language in your WordPress settings. Once that’s done, the theme will automatically apply the RTL layout accordingly.

Do we have to pay for premium version of Elementor? There are some things that are NOT listed under the free version, but listed in the paid version and you show it on the demo.

You can absolutely use the free version of Elementor. Our theme is not dependent on Elementor Pro, and all of its core features work well with the free version. However, if you wish to access additional advanced features available only in Elementor Pro, you may choose to upgrade — this is entirely based on your personal needs and is not required by our theme.

Hello, there is an issue with product variations.
It always adds the default or lowest one to the cart no matter what variation is selected.
If I disable the themes variation-add-to-cart-button.php file it works, so there is an issue in overriding somewhere.

Each license is valid for one domain only. When switching from one domain to another, you simply need to deactivate the license on the old domain and reactivate it on the new one. This process is straightforward, and so far, none of our customers have encountered any issues with it.

However, the ability to handle a large number of products depends on the performance of the hosting server you are using. If you have many products (e.g., thousands), a more powerful and well-optimized server will ensure the website runs smoothly.
Additionally, factors such as database size, page load speed, and the number of product images can also affect the website’s performance.
In summary, theoretically, you can upload an unlimited number of products, but in practice, it will be constrained by server resources and system optimization. Thank You
