Before moving to the other domain/ subdomain/ Uninstall WordPress setup, deactivate your purchase code from the About Archimak option.
For now, I reset your purchase code. You can use it again.
Available domains for Test/ Staging purposes are listed below.
Info: First activate your purchase code on your main domain, then activate your purchase code to the test domains.

Hello, good afternoon, a month ago I bought the template, at first it worked perfectly, but now in the editing pages it is eliminating the information that was placed in the slider option and in scrolling navigation options. This didn’t happen before and I don’t know why it is happening. My hosting is hostinger.

Hi Team is there any technical problem. I have reinstalled the entire theme for redesigning the website. I see the default theme logo on the home page top is showing up bigger in size by default. Rest all is working perfectly fine and good.

Can you add some features from ‘theside’ to ‘archimak’. Because my logo size is like ratio ‘350×105’. If I choose archimak theme, how can fit my logo on archimak. Is there any configuration to fit the logo in the archimak theme.

- There are a total of 2 logo options. You can use a max 50px X 50px logo image for the top icon section. For the main logo area you can any size of images. https://tinyurl.com/2pv49b2o

Hi Team, There is no “About us” Page in archimak theme. But it has in all others themes. like Theside, Trion and so on. Did forgot to add page? Can be possible to add “About us” page. Regards
It’s one page base theme. Please check About section from the home page. You can add same elements to a separate page.

First, I would like to thank you for your constant attention. I have a problem, and I hope you can help me if possible. I moved my site to another server, and after that, WPBakery stopped working completely due to licensing. I sent an email to WPBakery about this issue and attached the purchase invoice for the theme. They informed me that it is not their responsibility and that I should contact the seller of the code or the theme itself, which is you. So, could you please help me with this matter? I am completely unable to modify the site because of this issue. When I tried to remove WPBakery and replace it with Elementor, it caused even more problems. Theme main base color not changeable. Option not available for that. You need to edit CSS for that.
You can change only global yellow color. We mentioned that in our item description.
