I think you have a level of unprofessionalism. When I complained about the rigidity of the theme and the lack of complete documentation. You stated I have an agenda. And I can clearly see another person complained about the same. This is not my first time buying a theme in themeforest. I have bought several, but this was the weirdest reply I got from your support. You prefer to actually be in defensive mode instead of actually solving the issue
You actually complaining about the some options that you are unable to find in the documentation, you are not complaining about issue. Also, you didn’t contact us ever and straight away given us a negative rating despite of our request to contact our support team.
I have contacted you via email, and the only thing you are doing is arguing with me and telling me I have an agenda instead of solving the problem, horrible customer service. You are really full of yourself
If you have guts to show the screenshots of conversation we had over email, please show here. After requesting several times then only you came to email and we straight away gave you the video tutorials and answering your queries but your wordings are still the same.
You are saying that because there is no option of attaching screenshots here. Because I would have already done that. What you are playing is reverse psychology. I have requested you for a documentation. If you understand the word documentation is not the same as random videos you were refering to
You can use screenshots as link and paste links here of our conversation, no issue.
Video tutorials are far far better than text documentation, so you are not praising that, instead still just complaining.
Your video tutorials are random and are not as sequential as documentation is. Thet even do not have a sequence once you install the plugin and interact with all the features there. They do not even show how to link the keys from Google map and Calendar. You have a complex set of settings that need to be covered. What you have done is random, not sequential. And that is the essence of documentation. To create a sequence that even the dumbest person can follow. It is damn confusing. But you want your customer to also come inside your brain and think like you
It’s your opinion only, if you find it complex then here is the support system by themeforest, you should use that.

Hi, it appears the appointy settings show that the plugin can be integrated with Woocommerce. However when I link a product within the appoint dashboard nothing happens. I would like customer to checkout through Woocommerce. Please assist.

Please make sure that the woocommerce is activated and ran setup wizard properly and woocommerce product is created properly with a price.

Hi, thanks for your valuable response. It was not showing because I had set Appointy to offline payments. I have now changed the setting in appointy and set the payment setting in Woocommerce to payment on delivery

I’ve already increased all PHP limits and checked everything on my hosting, but the importer stays stuck on “Importing Content.”

I cannot seem to figure out how to edit the footer. I have added some widgets in the footer widget locations but they are not displaying.
Footer is editable via ‘Elementor header & footer builder’, so you can edit the currently active footer (as there are multiple footers). You will find that option under menu named ‘UAE’, see the screenshot please https://prnt.sc/5fQ_w51iGlBg

I’m really happy with this theme. The design is elegant, fast and professional, and the Appointy plugin built into it has been a huge help for managing appointments — it does everything I need. Customers can book easily and it has already made my site look and feel more polished.
The only thing I’d like improved is the flow between the booking form and the payment/checkout page. At the moment customers have to re-enter their details after choosing an appointment, and combining those steps would make the process perfect.
Even with that, I think this theme and its Appointy integration are excellent and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a complete appointment and payment solution.

I am having trouble using the services that I have setup in the appointy store to be on the website. When my customer clicks “Book appointment” at the top of the website I need for it to go to the listing of the services I have put into the store. The button is asking for a url but I dont know how to access the services store.
I don’t want to use the services as woocommerce products but rather like the service options that I saw on the theme

Services get listed on appointment form, this appointment form gets generated automatically when you activate the appointy plugin, so you need to go to the pages menu in your WordPress dashboard and look for the page that is using the appointment shortcode, you need to copy the link of this page and add to that ‘Button’, so if user clicks on that button he will see the page with services and booking form. I am trying to install the demo content and Wordpress says there is no Demo content to install: “There are no predefined import files available for this theme. Please upload the import files manually below.”
When I search in the unzipped folder for the theme, there is no demo content to install. Please help me figure out how to do this.

I recently purchased the Spaclub – Beauty Salon & Spa Service Booking WordPress Theme from Envato Market and have encountered a display issue with the main menu. When I set up my navigation and display it on my website, the drop-down menu under the (Services) section is not fully visible on the front end.
As shown in the attached screenshot, the bottom part of the submenu is being cut off and hidden behind other content or the viewport boundary, making it impossible for users to see or click on the last few menu items. This directly affects the usability of my site.
I have not applied any custom CSS or significant layout changes that could cause this issue. It seems to be related to how the theme handles the z-index, overflow, or dropdown container height.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue? If it’s a known bug, I would greatly appreciate an update or workaround.

Yes, online payment option is integrated via Woocommerce, so you can use any payment gateway supported by the woocommerce.
