I am still experiencing issues with importing the demo data for the Ecofine WordPress theme. The one-click demo import fails to complete, and some content is missing or incorrectly installed.
Previously, I contacted support and received guidance to make my site live for access. Unfortunately, the support provided by Mr. Sagor Biswas was unprofessional: there was no proper greeting, the instructions were unclear, delay to replay and there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused.
Please provide the manual XML, WIE, and DAT files for Demo import data to do it manual.
Sticky header and scroll to top not working in Live preview. Can you let us know if this is fixed in theme pruchase. Do we have sticky header option available?
Hello! I am facing problems importing Demo Data. I have installed and activated all required plugin but the demo data still fails to import. I tried creating a support ticket, but the system returns the error “Can’t Verify Purchase Code” when my purchase code is entered. I have sent an email to your Gmail address to ensure you promptly resolve this issue.
Whatever info you’ll need to have this issue resolved, please let me know as soon as possible.

Také mě nejdou importovat demo data.Tohle by přeci mělo být základní věcí, aby tohle bylo ošetřené a to nezávisle na tom zda člověk má zaplacenou podporu či nikoliv.Přece není možné si koupit šablonu aby byla nefunkční.Prosím o vysvětlení proč je tento problém a to veřejně.Jinak jde z hlediska prodejce o podvod.Děkuji Dubina

Yesterday I searched and found the purchase code. Before you wrote me the last message, I created it 20 hours ago. Does it take a long time to respond? Sorry, I’m seeing that it was answered 10 hours ago, just with a brief message that everything is fine on your site. Thanks for that, I hope everything works out fine. They should fix that demo import error, it’s not nice to buy a theme and the first thing you find are problems, or at least warn about it.

I bought this last year and wants to just install it now, unfortunately import demo isn’t working, i think the import files are blocked with re-captcha, when curl try downloading it. I am also unable to open support ticket, so a simple response on how to go about this will be much appreciated

When entering card details, there are two tabs displayed simultaneously, causing confusion and disrupting the checkout process at this page. https://ukgccpca.com/summit-energy-transition/
The customer information disappear when press check out going to payment tab where he put his card detail.
