Pre-sales question: Why do you require Elementor Pro? What does it give the theme/site that others don’t? Why do you not offer Elementor Pro as part of your overall theme package?

Is Elementor Pro and Elementor One the same? The link you provide goes to purchasing Elementor One. If different, what is the difference?
Basically, we would be installing the theme and then adding Elementor Pro (or One) to the site, right?

This is the first time I’ve purchased a theme and found myself having to purchase a commercial plugin (Elementor PRO), which is also very expensive, to use it. I think this is absurd, something I’ve never seen on Envato in over 15 years.

Yes, but it’s still absurd to have to spend €90 for a theme that requires a plugin that costs another €60-70 a year. Ready, go, and you already have to spend €160 to install a demo. It doesn’t seem normal to me. Furthermore, your theme doesn’t seem special to me: it’s something that can be done very well with the free version of Elementor. You, on the other hand, have an affiliate program and earn from any further purchases for this plugin. In my opinion, it would be more honest to revise your layouts to make them work with Elementor Free, like 99% of the themes on Envato. That way, you’d give customers the same service but with fewer problems and for half the cost. Then do as you please, but it’s the first and last theme I buy from you.
Just a quick note – over 3.6 million clients use Elementor Pro, so we see this feedback a bit differently. In our experience, Elementor Pro has no real alternative when it comes to features, speed optimization options, and long-term stability.
This theme is built around Elementor Pro, and the design quality you see here wouldn’t be possible without it.

Obviously, it’s different to use Elementor PRO and then choose a theme, rather than buying a theme and finding out it only works with Elementor PRO… anyway, I preferred to buy the theme from Envato Elements and not from here. Therefore, I don’t need a refund. I wanted to emphasize this for future theme users as well.

We are trying to update our site after we managed to get it back from our previous developers. We paid for a license but I guess the developer has it now. We don’t mind paying for another license, since we like the theme, but want to make sure that if we buy the theme again, will we be getting the “VamTam Elementor Integration (Petmania)” plugin with it..?? We just don’t want o keep on double-paying for everything again.
Will it also fix the non-functioning carousel near the bottom of the home page of the site referenced above…??
Also, we may need some Support to make sure all this works.

I was very clear that I was not asking for help unless I purchased a license. But, you guys insisted that I need to purchase a support package. TWICE. I am not surprised that you would pull this unscrupulous tactics trying to peddle your extra options when you are supposed to give me some reasonable help if I purchase a license. We are experiencing critical mobile layout issues on our site using the Petmania theme. The issue was present in the previous version (v14) and remains unresolved after updating to v15 (2025-06-01). The site uses Elementor and WooCommerce. Issue Details (Mobile Only): Pop-up overlays are misaligned or broken (close button not visible, background bleeds through). Text is overlapping, clipped, or unreadable in banners and feature sections. Content is hidden or appears blacked out in some sections. Excessive white space is visible below images and blocks. WhatsApp button floats above critical content, even pop-ups. Steps Taken So Far: Updated from v14 to v15. Cleared all caches (site, browser, CDN). Regenerated Elementor CSS & Data. The issue remains present only on mobile devices. Screenshots attached for your reference.

The theme doesn’t install properly, is missing many elements, and doesn’t work properly. Customer support is terrible; they take a long time to respond and don’t resolve issues. Honestly, this is the worst theme I bought. I want my money back.

Hi,
I just purchased your theme. And what a disappointment to read this in the description: Elementor Pro is required for the demo content importer and the theme setup and is not included in purchase.
I buy a lot of themes here and this is the first time I’ve seen this… I should have read before even if I find it completely mind-blowing to have to buy an Elementor license to import a demo… It’s not is never the case especially at this theme price.
In short, I am already disappointed, a few minutes after purchasing your theme which I find very beautiful. Too bad it was ruined by this…

We’ve tested numerous Elementor extensions, but none comes close to Elementor Pro’s functionality, stability, support, and speed. Note that Elementor Pro is a premium plugin, and currently, they don’t offer a license that allows the Theme Author to bundle the plugin with the theme. You can also use one of the many Elementor Pro GPL Free versions. We have tested our themes with one of the most popular ones – ProElements, and the theme is 100% compatible with it. Note that the ProElements plugin is not developed by us or Elementor Ltd, and as with most GPL-free versions, you run some long-term risk of the plugin not being appropriately maintained or abandoned.
