All of the features showcased in the demo and listed in the Theme Features list can be achieved with the theme options, custom shortcodes by the theme and free version of Elementor. There is no need to purchase a premium version. You should just make sure to enable page builder for all post types. When Elementor is installed it is initially enabled just for pages and blog post. To edit other post types it is necessary to enable editor in Elementor > Settings.

Also, custom fonts seems to be buggy on my side, imports aren’t working and using the media library properly.
You can use the latest version of Elementor. The custom fonts can be added using theme options in MyRitual Core Options > Fonts. If you are getting the message “File type is not permitted for security reasons” when uploading custom font, please note that this is not strictly theme related. Please contact your hosting provider service and they should be able to assist you.

Is this theme compatible with WPBakery Page Builder as it says? I do not see anything about this in the theme documentation. It only states edit with Elementor

The theme is compatible with WPBakery, and all of the theme’s shortcodes are also available with this page builder, so you can use it to build your content from scratch (please see screenshot). Unfortunately there is no demo content version built with WPBakery. Theme uses Elementor as page builder and the demo content is built using this plugin. WPBakery plugin is not included with the theme and if you wish to use it you need to purchase it separately.

Critical WooCommerce Bug: Missing Regular Price on Shop/Archive Pages
Hello,
We have a critical display issue on our WooCommerce shop and category pages.
Problem: Products on sale only display the final sale price (e.g., ₹4,448.00) inside the “Add to Bag” button. The original Regular Price with a strikethrough is not visible to customers.
Diagnosis: This is confirmed to be a theme template override issue. The theme is removing the required PHP code (get_price_html()) from the HTML output on the product loop.
Reference: The regular price is not present in the HTML for the button element. Renaming content-product.php did not fix it, indicating the override is in another template file or a custom hook.
Please urgently provide the location of the template file or the function hook responsible for generating the price inside the product grid item so we can restore the standard WooCommerce price display (~Regular Price~ Sale Price).
Please help me i am in serious trouble.

Totally disappointed with the import system to better understand the layout and dimensions. After hours stuck at 4%, nothing imports. We tried a refresh by selecting the items individually, and it only creates problems. Now the layout is completely compromised, with overlapping grids and revsliders that don’t work properly. Two years after its release, we’re still at these low levels; at this point, I’d say the price is even unjustified. Expect everything to run smoothly and not waste four hours on a system that imports poorly.

I think I’ve been clear enough and described the problem well. In fact, I’ve read the comments and everyone is complaining about errors or problems during the import phase. It’s not just a slider issue, but even the home page grids no longer work; everything overlaps, products and images; widgets give red system errors with missing parts. Photos even download only partially. We also tried XML import, but only encountered problems and failed uploads. Our goal was to save time, not buy problems. I shouldn’t be forced to create different accounts every time just to get support through a ticket. Tickets should be free…
We don’t have any info about settings on your installation (Server Info, Elementor Settings, the steps you’ve taken when going through import process).
Have you reset the database before repeating demo import? If you imported demo once and then imported it again using XML this could create distorted layout. If you are planning to import demo once more, it is good practice to first clear incorrectly imported demo by resetting the database.
Also, there is no need to pay in order to submit a support request. A supported item includes a 6 month support period from the purchase date. During those 6 months, we as theme author will be available to provide you with the support services.

When logged in, your ticket platform doesn’t find the product purchased this morning and won’t open a ticket. The slider issues persist!
Please note that the theme won’t be added to the “Supported Items” dropdown automatically after the purchase. It is necessary to submit a ticket for it first so the purchase code can be verified.
When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form as shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Elated) and then theme.

Hi I’m interested in purchasing this theme but wanted to clarify:
1) is woocommerce part of the package or are there features that will require additional payment or subscriptions? 2) I’ve purchased one of your themes before and had issue with the size, I think it was a PHP issue. I had it adjusted but it still didn’t work. Are there any specific specs I need to ensure i have set up to ensure this theme works on my hosting so that I can sort that out with my hosting company? 3)If i wanted to change design features like make the buttons rounded instead of square, how much flexibility is there? And do i need to know how to code to do this?

1. The theme uses free WooCommerce plugin when it comes to shop functionalities. It is also compatible with “QODE Variation Swatches for WooCommerce”, “QODE Wishlist for WooCommerce” and “QODE Quick View for WooCommerce”. Free versions of these plugins are included with the theme, however, if you want to use premium versions, they need to be purchased separately.
2. You can find our recommendations for server parameters here.
3. The “Button” element doesn’t have an option for round corners, however, this can be achieved with some custom css (please see screenshot) and our support agents can assist you with this. For a more detailed overview of theme’s options please check the documentation in this link.

The servers are working correctly at the moment.
You can try to repeat demo import several times, but before you repeat it, please navigate to Appearance > Menus and delete menus, so menu items don’t get duplicated.
On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import which is a lighter demo import method.

For archive pages (like product category) pages options are inherited from global options set in MyRitual Core Options or from the main shop page (page set as Shop Page in WooCommerce > Settings > Products) so you need to set background color there.

Hi, I worked on a previous WordPress site on my sister hosting server, but she forgot to renew her services. I just set up a new installation on my Kinsta server. Could you please deregister or delete the other domain please ? The import of the demo content by xml is not working well.

Also, if you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that the cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.

I have all the server requirements and I still have some minors trouble on some pages of my theme (wasn’t the case with my previous server). For example, the slider on “Essential Oils” page is in background, with 100% width, instead of 50. Do you know what could cause this issue ? You can enable the sticky menu, and the sticky menu can have a different logo.
