I upgraded from 2.0 to 3.1 yesterday, but it broke the website. So I tried to downgrade to 2.0, because I don’t have time to fix all the glitches the upgrade has caused. But I couldn’t do it because the 1.1 version motor-custom-type plugin is not available anymore. Please send me the plugin ASAP, so I can do the (temporary) downgrade.

Hi, I purchased this theme last month. I am sure I had support included when I bought it, somehow now I see that there is no support provided for the theme.

I am having an issue with the Footer, I am not able to change it. I tried modifying the footer in the Header/Footer section as well tried to modify it using Appearance/Customize.

Please if you could give some instructions.

Sent an email but didn’t receive a response.

I saw that there was an update, so I downloaded it through my account. It’s showing the same version number as the one I had installed from months (possibly years) ago.

Did I get the new files? Or how do I even know if I have the new updated files if the version number is the same?

Thanks for the update yesterday! And, thanks for including the plugin updates! this is fantastic. However, some are still outdated by a good bit. WPBakery is only 8.1 but 8.5 is the current version. Any chance you can update with 8.5?

Woof is now Husky, and the old plugin for Woof doesn’t support High Performance with Woocommerce. Is it easy to switch to Husky?

For WOOF Filter, especially make-model-year In the options tab I have put autosubmit to no, The filter is only using 3 dropdowns as hierarchy style. https://ibb.co/jfStzgj. But I am only able to select Make, as the other dropdowns are being disabled. How do I fix this. What settings should I select for it to work, the filter as shared in image is being used with the shortcode.

Hello. There seems to be some code on your theme that is not compatible with PHP 7.4 or 8.x. It is only compatible with PHP 7.3. When I upgrade from PHP 7.3, I get messages like
Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in /home/autoprom/public_html/_w3/wp-content/themes/motor/inc/woocommerce.php on line 173
