I like the theme but do this theme offer a blog option?
Hi,
The theme only offers basic blogging functionality, but of course, blogging is possible.
Kind regards,
Lara
Hi, in order to make the contact form GDPR-compliant I need to implement a checkbox. Is there any possibility to do that? Thank you, Lisa
Hi, this is currently not directly possible. However, you can use a third-party form plugin that allows you to customize the forms fully.
Kind regards,
Lara
Hi, thank you for the theme but it gives me some errors on the landing page and doesn’t load properly. could you see the website and tell me what is wrong with it? lucawang.ca
Hi there,
I have answered your email.

Hi! I’m really interested in this theme for my portfolio. My only concern is whether the portfolio system will be flexible enough for the kind of projects I want to showcase. I have several projects: some redirect to web pages, some are videos, and others include multiple photos along with detailed explanations and text. I’m worried that the slide-in panel that appears when clicking the info icon might not be sufficient for that.
Would it be possible to add additional pages to the theme instead of having everything on a single page?
Thank you in advance for your help and clarification!
Hi,
If your portfolio is particularly large or detailed, you may find the description panel somewhat limiting.
As a workaround, you can create additional pages within the theme and link to them directly. I’ll be happy to assist if you encounter any difficulties setting this up.
Looking ahead, we plan to introduce a more robust, agency-style portfolio description layout. At the moment, however, we are working through some technical challenges with Elementor Page Builder and AJAX content loading.
Kind regards,
Lara
Thank you very much for your reply! I’ll use the description panel for my portfolio, and if it’s really not enough I’ll create additional pages. So if I need help with that, I won’t hesitate to reach out to you!
Regards. Lexy
Hi Lexy,
Thank you for your trust in our theme! I’m glad to hear the description panel will work for your portfolio, and if you ever need additional pages or run into any questions, I’ll be more than happy to help.
Wishing you lots of success with your portfolio!
Kind regards,
Lara
Hi Lara,
Thank you so much! I’m really happy with the portfolio. I wanted to create an additional page, but there are some elements on that page that I can’t seem to remove. I’d really appreciate some help with this if possible.
Would it be possible to have an email address to contact you directly?
Thank you in advance!
Best regards, Lexy

Interested in the theme. 1) When was the last theme update? 2) Can the colors in the background, and everywhere else be easily changed through the admin interface? 3) Are the images on the homepage able to dynamically change like a slideshow?
Hi,
Thanks for your interest in our theme! Here’s the information you asked for:
1. The theme was last updated on 14 February 2024. A maintenance update is coming next month, however it is not needed because everything is still running stable and all included plugins can be updated individually.
2. Yes! All colors that you can swap in the demo page can be easily changed via the built-in Theme Options panel in the WordPress admin interface.
3. The profile picture does not support slide shows.
Best regards,
Lara
Thank you.
I can’t install the theme. getting this error: Installing theme from uploaded file: themeforest-D4sazT6d-reframe-resume-personal-portfolio-wordpress-theme-wordpress-theme.zip
Unpacking the package…
Installing the theme…
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme installation failed.
Hi!
It looks like you may have uploaded the full download package from ThemeForest, which includes documentation, licenses, and other files — not just the installable WordPress theme.
To install the theme correctly, please unzip the main package you downloaded, and inside you’ll find a file named something like theme-name.zip. That’s the file you should upload in your WordPress dashboard under Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme.
Alternatively, you can download just the installable WordPress theme directly from ThemeForest. Go to your Downloads page on ThemeForest, click the Download button next to the theme, and select “Installable WordPress file only”
Let me know if you need help with any of the steps!
Kind regards,
Lara
I changed an icon in the menu and set my own social media, but the new elements are not displayed now. I don’t use any cache system and I even flushed Elementor’s cache itself, but the issue remains.
When I look for a theme, I always run a pagespeed test to check performance. I tested your demo but it’s not graded well on Pagespeed Insight by Google. Are you planning to improve this: https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-avanzare-eu-reframe_wp-demo/0v88vugl0n?form_factor=mobile
Thanks
I’ve spent a lot of time trying to remove a stubborn gray background that appears on mobile devices for the `.left-content.noselect` container (and its child elements). I’ve attempted every possible CSS override, including setting `background: none !important;`, removing pseudo-elements, forcing inline styles to none, and even a site-wide “nuclear” approach that removes backgrounds from every element at mobile breakpoints.
None of these methods seem to work, which makes me suspect there’s either:
1. Inline or Hardcoded Style in a theme template or page builder block that I can’t override.
2. JavaScript re-applying a background color or image after the page loads, ignoring my CSS changes.
Could you please investigate the theme or custom scripts to see if there’s a function forcibly adding or re-injecting that background on mobile? I’d appreciate any guidance or changes on your end—especially if there’s a hidden theme setting, page-builder configuration, or JS snippet that must be disabled or edited.
Thank you in advance. I’m looking forward to your insight so we can finally remove that mobile background.
Hi there,
Lara here. I’m happy to assist you with this.
Is it only happening on mobile devices? On which device and browser is the issue happening?
You are naming the .left-content class, a container containing only the profile picture. So on your mobile device, the profile picture does not appear and instead, you get a “stubborn grey” box? Is that correct?
Kind regards,
Lara
will this theme also work with woocommerce without any problems? thank you!
Hi there,
Lara here.
Woocommerce is currently not integrated, therefore I can not recommend using the theme with Woocommerce.
Kind regards,
Lara
Thank you! Much appreciated
Any chance to get captcha in this form? Thank you Great theme btw
Hi there,
thank you for your feedback.
I suggest always avoiding visual captchas, especially because they have become so difficult to solve due to the rise of AI systems that easily solve them.
We already integrated a honeypot/hidden captcha. It is only filled by most spam bots without reducing the conversion rate. It is a hidden box that machines only fill because real people can not see it. The huge advantage is that users will not exit due to difficulty with captchas.
Kind regards,
Lara
Thank you Lara much appreciated
I installed and configured the theme. On Mac and mobile, everything works fine, but on Windows (using Edge), the site is extremely slow and almost crashes the browser. the url is www.cronosisma.it
Hi there,
Lara here.
I answered your email. Looks like a unique problem because the demo page does not lag.
I’m happy to assist you with this.
Kind regards,
Lara
I sent you the credentials a few days ago, but I haven’t received any feedback yet.
Hi,
I answered your email.

Hello. This is an awesome theme. We are considering using it, but we were wondering if this theme includes a way for us to add a project overview and details to each project item that we post in the portfolio. We would like to be able to provide a detailed summary and additional information about each project to our potential clients.
Hi there,
Lara here.
You are right that is an important feature.
In the future, there will be an update to the portfolio system. We are currently working on a new item and after that, we will work on the portfolio update for the Reframe theme.
Unfortunately, I can not tell you a specific release date. This depends on how fast we can finish the upcoming theme.
Kind regards,
Lara
The theme has problems with Elementor, additionally it does not update the design and content in browsers such as Safari and Chrome, any update available soon?
Hi there,
Lara here.
What problems are you referencing to?
In most cases, these issues are related to browser or server-side caching. Make sure to clear your browser’s cache and purge the server caching ( when server-side caching is activated) before looking at your final results without editing mode.
Otherwise, the old website data is loaded over and over again.
Kind regards,
Lara
We notice there hasn’t been a significant update to this theme yet. Do you still plan to improve the portfolio items and allow the option to add more details about each project? If so, when?
This is a cool looking theme, but unfortunately, the basic lightbox that you currently use is not sufficient enough to showcase a project overview, which is ideal for a developer/tech-related portfolio website.
Hi,
I completely understand the requirement for a larger lightbox portfolio item page.
the portfolio update is currently under development and will be unofficially released under beta testers around the middle of this month.
The official release will be at the end of this month.
You can also get access to the beta version if you like and tell us what should be improved or changed.
Kind regards,
Lara
Hey there! I’m interested in your theme, but it says its been almost a year since your last update. Do you have any plans to add new features to enhance and improve it?
Hi there,
Lara here.
We are currently preparing an upcoming update that will keep Reframe up to date with the latest standards, requirements, and techniques.
And we are open to new ideas regarding new features.
Kind regards,
Lara
Hi there, Lara! I’m glad to hear that a new update is coming. Any idea when we can expect it?
I would love to see additional options for particle effects, light/dark toggle button, and the ability to present more content details and images about a portfolio item showcased on the site.
It depends on how fast our update is approved by the Themeforest review staff. The update will be available approximately within the next 1-2 weeks.
Thank you for your thoughts. The portfolio expansion is currently the biggest point on our list because a lot of people need a more detailed or expandable portfolio item page than a lightbox with text.
More effects are also coming later this year. Our developer is currently experimenting with three.js to bring more 3d effects to our products.
Kind regards,
Lara
Sounds great! I’m thrilled to hear an update is coming within the next 1-2 weeks. Portfolio expansion is a major plus and very much needed for this theme. This will definitely add tremendous value. Also, the addition of more 3D background effects (three.js) is exciting, and I’m looking forward to it! Thx for your help!
Thank you for your time and feedback. I will inform you as soon as the update is available.
Kind regards,
Lara
Hello, I have a pre-purchase question. I’m considering using this theme, but I was wondering if there was a way to include details/summary for each ‘project’ in the portfolio section? For example, as an App developer I need a way to provide a summary and some in-depth details about each completed project.
Currently, in the demo when you click on a project in the portfolio section it only pops up as the image – which is ideal for a photographer, but it seems to lack the ability to provide further details for like an app developer or game developer, etc.
Thanks.
Hi there,
Lara here.
Thank you for your feedback, Currently, there is only the info button that comes with the Lightbox where you can write your headline and a text area where you can place formatted text.
However, a full presentation style portfolio item view is currently not possible due to the one-page layout and the limits that come with Elementor.
But we are looking forward to including this type of item view as soon as the Elementor container widgets are officially stable because this would enable us to implement such an extended view of a portfolio item with a lot of variability in content and images.
Kind regards,
Lara
Hi Lara,
Thanks for the quick reply. Ya, it would be great to have this option as part of your theme. As a one-page layout having a nice ‘Pop-Up’ box that can fully display a detailed summary with additional images/video about a project in the portfolio would add a lot of value to your theme. Especially, for creative professionals/developers that need to show more details about a project they’ve worked on in their portfolio.
Hopefully, we get to see an update to this theme in the near future soon.
Actually, I have few other quick questions in regard to the current built-in ‘LightBox’:
- Do you know if the small ‘info’ section that is part of the ‘LightBox’ allows to format font size & add additional sub-headings, etc?
- If I need to add a lot of info about a project in the portfolio will a Scroll Bar appear in this text area that comes with the LightBox?
- Can I combine both images & video to the same slide show in the LightBox, so that the ‘info’ button is part of the same portfolio item?
Also, since the ‘LightBox’ isn’t designed as a full presentation style view, I noticed the small ‘info’ button in the corner seems it can be easily overlooked by a user.
- Is there a simple way I can change the ‘i’ icon to something like a ‘More Info’ label button so it stands out a bit more for the user to click on?
Sorry for all these questions – I’m just trying to see if there is a temporary workaround with using this theme until it hopefully gets an extended view of a portfolio item in the next update.
Thanks!
Hi Lara – I had a few follow-up questions regarding the current built-in ‘LightBox’...see previous reply above. Thank you.

Hi, may you please guide me in detail as to how do I change the Reframe Navigation menu? I cannot find where the active widget is so I can edit it, I can only find the widget and when I click on it, it just says that I am not allowed to add a second navigation widget. So… where is the first one? Thank you!
