Hello, I have installed the theme and is appearing fine. However there is no documentation on how I can change the “home page” information/content and also the configurable options like what is advertised on the product where I can choose “country”, “Operating System” for my services. Thanks

I cannot provide an exact ETA for the page builder feature, but we’re working diligently to release it as soon as possible. Since there isn’t a ready-to-use library for this (like WordPress has), we had to develop one ourselves.

Hi I have a product in my whmcs which one product have annually billing cycle. And in shuffy theme those products with annually billing cycle but no monthly billing cycle will look like following: $ -1.00 Monthly
I mean i see minus price for it despite it has annually price correctly. Any Idea? Thanks

I previewed your website, and it seems that you have activated our Advanced Email Verification feature.
If you want to use it, go to your WHMCS Admin Panel > General Settings > Security tab and activate Email Verification.
If you don’t want this feature, go to ShufyTheme Control Panel > ShufyTheme General Settings and disable the Advanced Email Verification System.
Regarding translations: almost all theme pages use the default WHMCS language strings, which you can edit from the lang folder in your WHMCS installation. The exception is the homepage.
If you plan to use only one language for the homepage, you can edit the texts directly from the homepage settings in the ShufyTheme add-on.
If you would like to translate the homepage as well, I can provide you with updated files containing language strings. You will, however, need to edit them manually.

You’re absolutely right, we found the bug you ran into. You can fix it by disabling Monthly Pricing Breakdown in your WHMCS General Settings > Ordering tab, or just open a support ticket in our support portal, and I’ll send you the updated file before the official update is released.

You can create menus easily from the Menu Manager in your ShufyTheme admin panel, without needing any coding skills.
If you want to customize further by editing the code, open includes/shuffythemenavbar.tpl and place your custom code before or after the {foreach} loop. This way, your code won’t get duplicated since ShufyTheme uses the default WHMCS menu.
Always make your edits in the child theme to avoid losing changes when updating the theme.

The Support Pins feature generates a random PIN for each user. Every user has a unique PIN, which cannot be edited.
You can view a client’s PIN in your WHMCS Admin Panel > User Profile, as shown in the screenshot below.

I am currently using the Shufy theme and noticed an issue with the translation in the client area. In the account details section, the status is displayed as “Active Cuenta” instead of the correct translated version (e.g., “Cuenta Activa” or “Activo”).
I have already checked the WHMCS language files ($_LANG[‘clientareaactive’] = “Activo”;) and even modified the English file, but the problem persists. It seems that the status string (“Active”) is being pulled directly from WHMCS and concatenated with the word “Cuenta” in the theme.
Could you please let me know in which file or template this is handled, so I can properly translate or adjust it?

On the client area homepage, we’ve used a combined two-language string to display the element. Since WHMCS doesn’t provide a dedicated language string for this, the text may appear reversed in some languages.
To fix this, please open the clientareahome.tpl file, go to line 284, and switch the order of the language variables.
