Hello, Is there a way to use your theme with WooCommerce? Because my website is already using WooCommerce. For seven years now, I haven’t been able to switch to digital downloads there’s too much work to do.
We’re really sorry, but this theme is currently available only for Easy Digital Downloads (EDD)
Aren’t you planning to make it compatible with WooCommerce, or to create a new theme similar to this one that is compatible with WooCommerce in the near future?
At the moment, we don’t have confirmed plans to add WooCommerce compatibility or to develop a dedicated WooCommerce version. That said, we’re always evaluating user feedback and future possibilities, and we’ll certainly consider it if there’s strong demand.

Hi, I purchased your theme on Envato, but I discovered that it only supports Easy Digital Downloads (EDD) as the e-commerce system.
I need to process online card payments through a WooCommerce payment gateway, but the theme does not support WooCommerce checkout or WooCommerce payment gateways in any usable way.
Because of this limitation, I cannot accept card payments at all, which means the theme cannot be used for the purpose it was purchased for — selling digital products.
Please confirm that the theme cannot support WooCommerce payment gateways.

Setting a download (audio) is suddenly not working anymore. Check or uncheck “Featured this download” wont update/save.

Oops, I meant that in Admin > Downloads, when editing a track, setting it as Featured no longer works. Disabling “Featured” doesn’t work either. When I click Save or Publish, it doesn’t save the change.

Yes, but when we disable the EDD featured plugin, it disappears, so your theme must be using that feature, right? If yes, it is part of your theme, that’s also how you sell the theme, We’ve fixed it ourselves, but maybe you should contact EDD to make it compatible with your theme. Im getting complains from customers not recieving the download file now and then.
So how does the process work? They pay and recieve an Reciep in the email, confirmation but no download link or anything in that email.. I see i can resend reciep but that is no use without the download links.
I know there is a Purchase confirmation on our website with the download link but how do they get there? where do they get that information?

Eidmart works with old version of wordpress 5.6. Wordpress 5.6 requires php 8.0 and older, but eidmart plugins require php no older than 7.4.

Good day, Author of Eidmart I purchased this theme five months ago and I it was working perfectly fine, i could edit with elememntor, but now I’m finding it hard to edit with elementor even when i have uninstall all other plugins apart from elementor to see the curprit causing elemetor not to work, but still it’s still same result, i can edit with elemetor and that is the, main thing bothering me and also i don’t know if you guys have a solution to; i was trying to restore the backup, but i had issue with the uploads, it keeps on failing, Now all the images in the site isn’t loading including the logo; kindly advise me on what step i can i take to resolve that because i would still love to use the theme, thank you for the time..

Hello, Eidmart theme looks good in Demo seeing the I have purchased with great hope of creating a digital marketplace business but after installing into my site when I try to customize and build my website it is not coming like the demo, even after following all your tutorial videos in your youtube channel I am not able build the site, I want to create Photography page, Audio page, Video page, ebook page and more that’s what digital marketplace means but these options are not there in Eidmart theme. I cannot build complete digital marketplace business on this theme. In payment gateway your theme supports Stripe, and while connecting to stripe it ask country name from the drop down menu and India is not in the list, as you know without selecting country Stripe will not allow you to move with the connection and I failed to connect. This also made major issue so business can’t be done on this. There are lots of complicated things without documentation and tutorial so I think I can’t build my digital marketplace platform on this theme. Will you consider refunding my money please? I am sorry for that. But please understand it is not right theme for me. Please refund me. Thanks for your understanding.

I am requesting a refund for the Eidmart theme for the following reasons, which prevent me from building the digital marketplace website I need:
Does Not Match Demo/Expectations: Despite following the tutorial videos, I am unable to make the site function or look like the demo.
Missing Core Digital Marketplace Features: The theme is described as being for a digital marketplace, but it lacks the necessary options to create pages for different digital products like Photography, Audio, Video, and eBooks. A complete digital marketplace cannot be built with the existing features.
Critical Payment Gateway Issue: The integrated Stripe payment gateway does not include “India” in the country selection dropdown. This is a major issue, as it makes it impossible to connect Stripe and conduct business from my location.
Insufficient Documentation: There are many complex features and settings with no clear documentation or tutorials, making the theme very difficult to use and customize effectively.
For these reasons, the theme is not suitable for my project and does not function as advertised for my needs. As per our prior communication, I am now submitting this formal refund request.

On 25 June 2025, I have purchased from you two WordPress Themes (Identical).
(Eidmart Invoice Numbers) (IVIP55527199 ad Invoice: IVIP55527199) I received the themes as ordered, and installed on WordPress successfully.
The documentation for the themes say that there a [Registration number for each theme} which have to be used to register the themes and use the the themes without problem.
Sound nice, but it is not all. Because nowhere I found a Registration number. I looked into all folders that came with the themes. In the documentation there a screen shot showing a Reg Number sitting happily in its place, although in reality the Reg. No Reg Nos. Do not exist,
Worse, even if I found the Reg Nos, I will not Know what to do with them, as the documentation does not say where these REG. NOs. should go.
So the screen shot in the docs is of no use.
Therefore Please immediately refund to my card the amount (EUR 140.42) which I have paid for these two Themes

You can use all the styles together; however, if you plan to support archive page styles for different content types like video, photography, or audio, it’s better to separate them into different folders. Otherwise, you can keep them in a single folder if you’re not targeting separate archive styles for each type.
