Hello, We are having a problem with your template. It seems that the Mascot plugin is preventing us from saving changes made in Elementor on the website. However, it sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. We have configured the server according to the template requirements. When I disable the Mascot plugin, saving works. I don’t want to say that this is 100% the cause, but according to the console, it looks that way… I need your help to solve this problem as quickly as possible. Do you want access to the website, or can you just point us to something we can look at? We use Elementor Pro.

A very slow website! It takes a lot of time to customize it according to the required needs! It has bugs ! I do not recommend it! I want my money back.

Hello I am also getting error 500 when importing and I set all of those parameters you said to check:

 max_input_vars (default is 1000) set to 3000  post_max_size (default is “8M”) set to 2000M  upload_max_filesize (default is “2M”) set to 64M  max_execution_time (default is “30”) set to 360  max_input_time (default is “-1”) set to 180  memory_limit (default is “128M”) set to 3000M
