Where is Entrada WordPress theme update?
you guys discontinued the wordpress theme, what do we do now cos the theme is breaking our websites
There is no section that explains how to customize the map in the documentation. How can make the map point to local locations?

Hi, I tried signing up to your support website to submit a ticket but your ZenDesk is broken it seems. I am having a bug on Firefox Desktop and Chrome + Firefox on Mobile with the tours page sticky menu, when scrolling pas tthe sticky menu on the tours page the page slowly scrolls up on it’s own. On mobile it breaks scrolling completely.

The bug doesn’t happen on your demo tour listing page. IT happens on any tour page on my site, do you not get it when you go to the page linked above using latest firefox, scroll down past the sticky menu and it will slowly scroll up to the sticky menu by itself. http://prestapixel.com/tamborine-mountain
In the console on the effected pages it says: “This site appears to use a scroll-linked positioning effect. Hello sm3004, I have tested this again and I can not replicate this issue in our demo. As for your own URL above, it is customised with videos and all tour detail sub infos are removed and new customised code blocks are added. Most likely the new code you added causing issue. Can you please double check this on the default tour detail page that came with template and if the issue is there – provide the URL of it. Ty.

You need to unzip the entrada-package.zip file and then inside that, once unzipped, you will find multiple folders. One of them is documentation folder. And, you upload the entrada.zip to your wordpress, NOT entrada-package.zip Thank you.

Hello, that error “PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature” usually means one of the two things below: 1. There’s an issue with the zip file you’re uploading and it could have been corrupted when you downloaded it or perhaps you opened and then re zipped it. 2. WordPress doesn’t have enough memory on the web server to unzip and upload the contents of the zip file. So, download the package again from your envato account. And then install them as shown in step by step guide here: https://support.waituk.com/docs/entrada/#section-01 if it still fails, you will need to raise a ticket with your web host. Thank you.

La segunda carpeta, que es la entrada, la comprimo en un archivo zip y cuando intento instalar ese archivo zip, me muestra el error de que falta la hoja de estilo

Dear wait uk I the downloaded folder which I downloaded form theme forest when I Extract the file there are to folder inside one is macosx and other is Entrada (Entrada is not a zip file ) After open entrada folder there are 3 folder one is documentation second is entrada third is PSD
The Second folder which is entrada I compress it into zip file and when I try to install that zip file it show me error that the style sheet is missing

Hi, the theme doesn’t have folder structure that you have mentioned, nor does the theme folder have macosx or the PSD folders, are you sure you have right theme folder? I suggest redownload the package and then follow the documentation. Thx.

Hello UnoStile, I checked it and its working, may have been a momentary issue. You will find the icomoon son file in wp-content >> themes >> entrada >> fonts >> icomoon >> entrada-icomoon.json that you can upload to icomoon and add your own icons as well. Thank you.

Hello, you can import the .json file to icomoon and add your own custom icons, then export the icomoon.zip and replace it. When we say send icomoon.zip, we added the .json file for users to import it into the common itself, which is now included in the package. Thank you.
Does this theme have a regular form select or just the ul based select, because if you take the contact.html example page and add a basic <select> field nothing shows up, I’d think a regular select is important for any website without it the theme is rather useless for any heavy form usage.
Edit: If I delete the jcf libraries the select shows up.
