I have been using the Motta theme for almost 2 years now. I have been facing two issues since the first day:

The Core Web Vitals score is not good for both mobile and desktop.

I am using Hostinger’s Cloud Enterprise hosting, and when I try to configure LiteSpeed Cache, the shop page disappears after a few days. Sometimes the website becomes slow.

Can you provide me with a LiteSpeed Cache configuration file that will improve my Motta theme’s ranking on Google PageSpeed without causing the theme to crash?

Hello,

Thanks for your feedback and for using the Motta user for nearly 2 years!

Regarding Core Web Vitals: The theme is optimized for performance, but several factors affect PageSpeed scores including hosting, installed plugins, image optimization, and external scripts.

You should focus on:

- Image optimization (WebP format, lazy loading)

- Minimizing third-party scripts

- Reducing unused plugins

- Using a CDN

Regarding LiteSpeed Cache: Motta works with any caching plugin’s default configuration. We don’t have specific config files because optimal settings vary based on your unique setup: your specific plugins, server configuration, and customizations.

If issues persist, try using alternative caching plugins like WP Rocket or W3 Total Cache to see if the problem is LiteSpeed-specific.

Thank you

2. Can I create a label “Local” for a product available locally

3. Can I put a label or fire icon in the Menu example “Hot” categories

I tried what you instructed for No. 2 but it doesn’t work.

CSS Code:

Hello, your theme looks much better than other marketplace themes. However, I noticed an important feature that they have that you don’t. I couldn’t see the shipping cost bar. Is there a feature where shipping is free once the total amount is reached? Could I have missed this feature? Do you also work with an add-on like adding an ad? Because I want to add a service provider ad as well.

Hello,

Thanks for your interest in Motta! Regarding your quesitons:

- Shipping Cost Bar: The theme doesn’t include a built-in free shipping progress bar. You can add this feature using a plugin like “Free Shipping Bar for WooCommerce” or similar options from the WordPress plugin repository.

- Adding Services: WooCommerce handles service products well by default. Simply create products and mark them as virtual (non-shippable) in the product settings. For more advanced service booking features like appointments or time slots, you can consider using a dedicated plugin like “WooCommerce Bookings” or “Bookings for WooCommerce.”

Hi, there is compatibility issue with https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-photo-reviews/21245349 as the star icons rating doesn’t show in Motta product review widget

Hello,

Thanks for reporting this compatibility issue. Please open a support ticket at our support site with:

- A link to the page where the issue occurs

- Screenshots showing the missing star icons

- The plugin version you’re using

Our developer will test the compatibility and work on a solution for you.

https://uix.ticksy.com/

Hi, sorry it seems the compatibility issue is with the elementor motta product reviews widget as the stars is not showing in the single product elementor template using the motta builder

Thanks for clarifying the issue. We’ll test this compatibility issue with the plugin and the theme’s widget.

Please open a ticket on our support site if you need further assistance, and our developer will help resolve this.

Hello,

I am using the Wolmart theme with WooCommerce, and I have a serious issue with product descriptions.

When I change the product description and short description in the WordPress admin panel and save the product, the changes are not reflected on the front-end. Instead, the product page still shows the old demo content (for example, “iPad Pro” text and images) even though I have updated and saved everything in the product editor.

I already tried:

Updating both the product description and the short description fields.

Clearing the SpeedyCache and browser cache.

Disabling and re-enabling the product description in the Customizer (Single Product → Product Layout).

Resaving permalinks.

None of these steps helped. The front-end still displays the old demo content instead of my updated WooCommerce product description.

It looks like the theme is overriding the WooCommerce description with a demo template. Since I do not have Elementor Pro, I cannot edit the Single Product template directly.

Could you please check this issue and help me fix it, so that the product pages correctly display the WooCommerce product description and short description instead of the demo “iPad Pro” content?
Thank you! https://postimg.cc/SYNVDtks https://postimg.cc/sBdct23z

Hello,

The product you’re editing was built with Elementor, which is why your WooCommerce description changes aren’t showing up—Elementor’s content is overriding them.

To fix this:

1. Enable Elementor for products (in Elementor > Settings)

2. Edit that specific product with Elementor to update the content

You can refer to this documentation for more details: https://docs.uix.store/motta/#/elementor/knowledge-base?id=enable-elemetor-for-products

Note: We see you mentioned using the Wolmart theme, but you’ve contacted Motta support. If you’re actually using Wolmart, you’ll need to reach out to their support team instead.

If you need further assistance, please open tickets on our support site.

Hello,

When I log in to my account on the website (see attached screenshot), I notice that at the bottom of the login page there is a copyright text in English: “Copyright © 2025 Mofto, All rights reserved.”

On the main page of my website, I have already changed the footer manually and updated the copyright text to match my needs. However, on the login/account page this English text still appears and I don’t know how to change or edit it.

Could you please explain to me how I can replace or modify this footer text on the login/account page so that it matches the footer I use on my main website pages?

Thank you in advance! https://postimg.cc/cKgB09Tq

Hello,

The Motta theme allows different footer layouts for specific pages, including the login page. This is why you’re seeing the default English copyright text on the login page while your main site footer displays your custom content.

Please navigate to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Sign In to set the footer layout to the default.

You can find detailed instructions in the documentation: https://docs.uix.store/motta/#/footer/pages

If you need further assistance, please open a support ticket and we’ll help you.

Hello,

I am having an issue with the footer on my website. On the homepage (both desktop and mobile versions), the footer looks correct – it includes the links like “About Us,” “Contact Us,” “Privacy Policy,” etc. However, when I click on some of these pages (for example, “Contact Us” or “Privacy Policy”), my main footer disappears and instead a completely different footer shows up.

I don’t know why this is happening, and I would like to remove the unwanted footer. What I want is very simple: I need the same footer that I set on the homepage to appear consistently on all pages of the website. No matter which page the visitor clicks on, the footer should always remain identical to the one on the homepage.

If it’s not too much trouble, could you please log in to my WordPress admin panel and fix this issue directly? That would be much easier and faster.

Thank you in advance. https://postimg.cc/gallery/nFHm0b7

Hello,

Thank you for your reply. I followed your instructions and went to Appearance > Customize > Pages > Prebuilt Footer and changed the footer setting as you suggested. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. The problem still remains: on some pages (especially in the mobile version of my site), a different footer appears instead of the main footer that is shown on the homepage.

What I need is very simple: the same footer from the homepage should appear consistently across all pages of the website, both on desktop and mobile versions.

Since I already tried your solution and it did not work, could you please log in to my WordPress admin panel and fix this issue directly? I have already shared my login details with you in a previous message. It would be much easier and faster if you could do this from your side.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Can I integrate a WhatsApp order button on the product page?

Hello,

The Motta theme doesn’t include a built-in WhatsApp order button feature. You’ll need to install a WooCommerce plugin to add this functionality to your product pages.

You can try this plugin: https://woocommerce.com/products/order-on-whatsapp-for-woocommerce/

Hello Support,

I’m using Wolmart Multivendor (with Elementor). I know where the Menu and Mega Menu options are. What I can’t figure out is how to add a new category section (column title) and then add sub-items under it inside the Mega Menu dropdown.

Please send the exact click path with steps, for example: 1. Where to enable “Mega Menu” for a top-level item. 2. How to add a new column/heading (category name) inside that mega dropdown. 3. How to add sub-links (product categories or custom links) under that heading and sort them manually. 4. How to save/assign this mega layout to the menu location. 5. If your Mega Menu requires a Static Block/Elementor template, show how to create it and attach it to the menu item.

I don’t need help with icons/banners—only with creating new category headings and their subcategories inside the Mega Menu. Thank you! https://postimg.cc/gallery/Mpm8McQ

Hello Support Team,

Thank you for sending me the video link. I watched it carefully, but it does not show exactly what I need. The video does not demonstrate how to create the same vertical Mega Menu structure that I showed you in my screenshots.

What I need is very specific: • A Mega Menu with 5 main categories, • Each main category must have its own subcategories under it, • The menu should be displayed vertically, exactly like in my screenshots.

To make this clear and simple, I will provide you with the ready-made text of my categories and subcategories in Azerbaijani language. You only need to create this Mega Menu from the beginning using those names, record the whole process on video, and send me the video demonstration.

This way I can see the exact steps in action and later repeat them myself when I want to add or change something. The documentation and existing videos are too difficult for me to follow, so I really need a clear, practical video demonstration with my own categories.

Please let me know if you can do this.

Thank you very much for your help!

Hello,

We understand you need help creating product categories first.

To create categories, please go to Products > Categories in your WordPress admin, then add your category names there. After that, go to Appearance > Menus to add those categories to your menu structure.

Please open a ticket on our support site and share admin login details. Our team will check if your theme installation is correct and help set up the mega menu structure you need.

Hello, please help me urgently.I recently bought your theme and installed a zip file, but the theme is not activated, and I cannot import your theme.help please https://postimg.cc/NygMtcq5

Thanks! We’ve received your ticket and our team will review your installation to provide assistance.

Please allow some time for our team to check your site and respond to your ticket – this may take a while as we need to thoroughly review your setup.

We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.

Hello,

I have purchased your theme from ThemeForest and installed it on my WordPress website. However, after importing the demo content, my website does not look the same as your original demo. Some categories, product names, brand logos, partner logos, photos, language switcher, and currency options are missing.

I would like to kindly ask you to access my WordPress admin panel and reinstall or configure the theme in such a way that everything looks exactly like in your official demo version. I want my website to be identical to the demo, with all categories, names, photos, and all functions (including language and currency switchers) properly set up.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Hello,

Actually, the demo import works correctly, but you’re seeing some expected differences:

- Images: Demo data includes some placeholder images, not the original photos from our demo site due to copyright restrictions.

- Missing features: Some functions require additional plugins. Go to Appearance > Install Plugins and install all recommended plugins:

https://docs.uix.store/motta/#/installation/install-plugins

- Language/Currency switchers: These require the WPML plugin for multilingual functionality:

https://docs.uix.store/motta/#/translate/multilingual

After installing the recommended plugins, your site should match the demo functionality. You’ll need to replace placeholder images with your own content.

Our team just returned from holiday and will respond to your tickets shortly if you need further assistance.

Thank you for your support!

Hello

I see a problem. No videos showing in Woocommerce product gallery.

Hello, I have two queries:

1. Can I add whatsapp icon on mobile footer floating menu and header??

2. Can I integrate a WhatsApp order button on the product page?

Hi there!

Here are the answers to your queries:

1. WhatsApp icon on mobile footer/header: Do you mean the mobile navigation bar? Unfortunate, it is not possible.

2. WhatsApp order button on product page: No, this feature is not built into the Motta theme. You would need a third-party plugin for this functionality.

why does the product page doesn’t have the header on the mobile, i tested the demo the header disappear on the product page, it’s like a glitch

Please open a ticket on our support site and share the admin login with us. Our team will help you check the settings.

Thank you

the support option is ended for me

Thanks for the update!

It sounds like there might be a conflict or configuration issue that’s preventing the header settings from working properly. To properly diagnose and fix this, we’d need to access your admin area to run some tests and check the theme configuration.

However, we should mention that we can only provide direct support to customers who purchased Motta theme directly from us.

If you’re an existing customer, you can extend your support license to get continued assistance with issues like this.

Please update the child theme having some errors

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out about the child theme errors.

The child theme we provide is actually just an empty template – it doesn’t contain any functional code by default. Any custom code or modifications in your child theme would have been added by your developer or yourself.

Since these errors are related to custom code that’s not part of our original theme, we’d recommend:

1. Check with the developer who added the custom code to your child theme

2. Review what custom code has been added to identify what might be causing the errors

If you’re an official Motta customer and need further assistance, please open a support ticket on our official support site – we’ll be happy to help you there.

Hello, i actually love the theme but i was wondering if it has pre built photo reviews option like the client can add photo to the reviews, if not then what plugin does it uses! thank you

Hello,

Thanks for your interest in Motta! The theme doesn’t include a built-in photo review feature, but you can definitely add this functionality with plugins.

Here are some options to consider:

https://wordpress.org/plugins/customer-reviews-woocommerce/ https://woocommerce.com/products/photo-reviews/

Since we haven’t specifically tested Motta with these plugins, I’d recommend trying the free ones first to see which works best with your setup. Most photo review plugins are designed to work with standard WooCommerce themes, so compatibility should be good.

Ok and is it possible to make the store in the dark theme like the background of all the store became black. Overall just make the website black

Unfortunately, this theme doesn’t support dark mode yet. You may need to use custom CSS to change the site to black/dark colors fully.

issue with theme its showing weirdly on desktop showing mobile on mobile scrol down there has been a critical error on this website

Hi there!

Thanks for reporting this issue. This could be related to several factors like caching, CSS conflicts, or server issues. To help our team investigate and provide the best solution, you please open a support ticket on our support site and share with us the website URL.

Our team will test your site directly and provide a proper fix. You can submit the ticket here: https://uix.ticksy.com/
