I had this theme and used the code. It wouldn’t register. I just bought another license, but it wouldn’t register. I got the brand-new registration code and tried to register, but it still won’t work…

Hi, I bought this theme and I noticed that it doesn’t display correctly in WooCommerce. It’s also quite difficult to edit. Do you have any update planned to fix WooCommerce compatibility issues? The theme looks really great, and I’d rather not replace it or rebuild everything from scratch. Thanks!

The site appears to be working fine on my end. If you send me a private message through the support page, I can share a screenshot with you. As I suspected, it seems to have been a cache issue after the theme update. I kindly ask that you consider removing your 1-star rating, as it does not reflect the actual performance of the theme, which is functioning properly
No, it was fixed on my end this morning as well. I don’t know what happened but it’s working properly.
I’m glad everything is fine now. Usually, when a theme update occurs, it’s recommended to clear the server-side and browser cache. This helps avoid loading old theme files from the cache. It seems this might have happened on your site after the update, and after some time, the server loaded the new theme files. Thank you for updating the rating!
so only the top part I could install, other parts, are not , so like a slider and top nav, all the rest of elementor templates are missing, please help

We did everything and need you to check why its not creating the demo content. We sent you a UN and PW to test as well
please just refund .. this is not working . at all . and your guide and files also are not doing anything , nothing works ..
The theme and demo works fine as we tested on multiple servers. There are a lot of web hosts with different server configuration that why we suggested to try the manual import if the automatic one failed. We responded to all your messages in less than 1 hour even though it was outside our working hours.
Ask for a refund on ThemeForest site. They process the payments.
UPDATE: The demo import works fine. The problem was the web host, confirmed by the bmkoko user. Thanks for letting us know.

In the template Dina – Italian Demo in the dish Menu section the background is green. When changing the background color, the items that apear are highlighted in the same color as it was the background. How can I change this highlighted text or delete the highlight. Thanks in advance for your help

Hi, thanks for purchasing the Dina theme. You should be able to enter the archive and copy its content in a new folder. Make sure that the archive was completely downloaded. You can also find just the theme installable zip file, in your ThemeForest account under Downloads > Dina theme > Click Download button > Installable WordPress file only option.

Hello, I bought the template but I check that the elementor plugins do not have all the components to be able to use it, some are blocked, is this plugin not included in the cost of the template?
Hi, all the pages from the Dina demo are created with the Elementor free version. You don’t need to buy Elementor PRO, unless you want the extra features that the PRO version offers. The Elementor PRO version is not allowed to be included as a bundled plugin in the theme. Only the free version is allowed. That’s their business model.

However we have a tiny problem. We are having time to time discounts and if we have some place to put previous prices and discount percantage, it can be better. Can you improve that?
