Location Search (Main Page): • Entering “Dubai” in the location field does not display all companies. • Entering “Dubai, United Arab Emirates” shows all companies (5 pages), but navigating to the next page resets the results and shows “no companies found.” 2. Keyword Search: • Keyword search works inconsistently, even though all listings have assigned keywords. 3. Search Within Categories: • In any of the 11 main sections (e.g., “Business”), the two search fields (by keywords and by location) reset results and show “no companies found” when used. 4. Category Icons: • Clicking on any category icon at the top of a section shows “no companies found,” despite active listings. 5. OpenAI Integration: • OpenAI is integrated into the search bar. Please advise how it should be configured for proper functionality. 6. LinkedIn Issue in Company Registration: • LinkedIn cannot be set, while all other links work correctly. 7. Company Registration Form (Three Lines): • Lines: 1. Category, 2. Subcategory, 3. Keywords. • Currently, the first line shows both categories and subcategories, while the second line (subcategory) shows nothing. 8. Coupons Section: • Many companies ask whether it is possible to create coupons for free consultations or without specifying a discount, similar to a “gift certificate.”

I’m reaching out again because we’re still facing a serious issue with the iCal synchronization and the availability search system on our website built with the Listeo theme. This feature is essential for our business, but unfortunately, it’s not working as expected.
We use iCal links for each villa to keep our calendars synced with external platforms like Airbnb and Smoobu (our channel manager). However, the synchronization seems to be unreliable.
The calendars displayed on our villa pages do not match the availability shown on Airbnb, even though they should. Some dates appear as unavailable on our site when they are actually available on Airbnb, and sometimes the opposite.
Because of this, when users search by date using the availability form, many villas that should appear as available don’t show up at all. This confuses our visitors and causes us to lose booking requests.
To avoid missing potential guests, I’ve temporarily removed the check-in and check-out date fields from the search form. This way, all villas appear in the search results, regardless of availability. However, this is only a temporary fix — we need the iCal synchronization to work properly so we can re-enable the date-based search feature.
Please check the reliability of the iCal synchronization within the Listeo theme (import from external iCal feeds), compare the actual data being imported with what’s displayed on the site, and help identify why certain dates aren’t updating correctly. We would also appreciate instructions on how to force a full sync or apply a permanent fix. Finally, please confirm whether there’s an update or known issue related to this problem.

There’s no area on the dashboard for the details of the purchased package. For example, it doesn’t show how long it will take for the package to expire. What can be done about this?

There was a problem previously, and you had fixed it, but the same issue has returned again. I would like it to be resolved permanently so that it doesn’t happen again. I have emailed you multiple times and also sent a link granting full access to the website so you can fix the problem.
You will find the issue in the messages related to displaying the custom fields inside the listing, as well as the FAQ not appearing. There is also a problem with the Form Multi Steps feature — I have disabled it, but it still appears, and I don’t want it to.
The problem exists in the following sections: Property Rental, Service, and Classified.
I want this issue fixed and restored to its normal state because even after translating it into Arabic, when switching the site to English, it still appears in Arabic, which is another problem. Also, when I try to disable it, it doesn’t get removed and remains active.

Okay, I understand that you may have a lot of work, but you have known about the error with duplicate custom fields in the ad submission form for a long time (as far as I remember, Łukasz was on holiday at the time). It was supposed to be fixed by the end of the month. It is now 1/3 October, and the problem remains unresolved. How do I remove “Added By” sidebar from a listing page?
Hi To remove or change the “Added by” text in the author widget, go to Appearance → Widgets. Find the Listeo Owner Widget and either remove its title or change it to something else.
iI found a bug. When I create a blog post and a listing as an admin, only the blog entry appears in the dashboard under My Listings, which I can then edit in the frontend. The listing is not displayed.
User-defined fields are not displayed on the profile page.
That is not possible or you use custom permalink feature which is labeled as experimental and you should be aware that such things could happen.

This is the admin account. I created a listing and a blog entry. However, instead of the listing, it only shows the blog post. The Listing of the Marathon-Club Menden is not visible in the My Listing Page.
Unfortunately, the user-defined fields are not displayed either. I created the fields “Sports Apps” and entered a URL. It can be changed and filled in the profile, but unfortunately nothing is displayed on the profile page.

Did you clear permalinks? Dashboard → Settings → Permalinks and click save without changing anything.
I am afraid this is isolated to your website and looks like could be sorted out by flushing permalinks (instructions above), I’ve never seen any issue like that. Consider renewing support.

From an SEO and usability perspective, it would be more appropriate to replace this with rel=”noopener” (or rel=”noopener noreferrer”). Here’s why:
nofollow prevents link equity transfer, which makes sense for user-generated content or paid links, but not for legitimate business listings.
In a directory context like Listeo, listings link to verified businesses, and those external links are part of the platform’s value and credibility.
noopener is the modern and secure way to prevent tab-napping without blocking SEO signals.
Changing this would improve SEO fairness for businesses, align with current web standards, and enhance Listeo’s overall professional reputation among directory owners who care about proper link handling.

Hello, I really like the theme. So how does a user or business get notified once a client has paid for a booking. Can I set a sms sender to alert them of a new booking incase they are not online to see the email? If so please advise which sms plugin would be ideal before I purchase the theme.

I am getting this message, every time I try to remove the domain so that I can add it to another domain:
“The theme is still installed on example.com. Please uninstall the theme first before removing the domain.”
And yes, I had deactivated the license from the active domain, and it shows, it’s not active, and I cleared the Cache from the hosting site, and browser, and also deactivated the theme. Why can’t I remove the active theme from the License Manager?
