We are experiencing an issue with the theme after installing a Table of Contents plugin. Once the plugin was activated, the website went down, and most of the content was removed.

Where is the updated core plugin for the theme? It is not included in the package and we are getting errors when updating the new theme, but without the core 2.1.5 theme plugin. Please advise.
Also, once uploading the 2.1.5 theme update, the Customizer page no longer loads. If just gives a blank white screen. This may be due to the core plugin not being updated yet.

As it stands, the issue with the Customizer has been a constant issue with this theme for a few years now. There are countless complaints from other purchasers here on Envato regarding this issue with the theme, and it looks like it has yet to be seriously addressed or resolved. This is quite a shame because the theme itself is quite beautiful, but your lack of customer service, or willingness to resolve the issues with the theme, make it highly disappointing. Many of us have spent money on a theme that we CANNOT even customize and use to the best of its abilities, and this is truly sad. Not only this, you all left our website untouched after merely going in, deactivating all the plugins, reinstalling an “updated” Nueros core plugin 2.1.6, and installing an error log plugin.
This resolved nothing.
If you are not going to do something correctly, do not do it at all. Again, amazing work, but what is the point of something being amazing when it doesn’t work as it should for your paying customers?

Pre-Purchase questions. 1. What’s your return policy. One of the best looking themes hands down but from the comments, have never seen so many complaints. We actually swore off Elementor cause but are willing to take a chance. 2. Does the Demo import include all Demo Home pages? 3. Some comments are older, have most of these issues been resolved? Hi! A common problem with demo imports is related to server settings and capabilities. Since the theme is very large, it requires resources.

The content slider widget is showing two issues depending on the screen resolution:
When the page loads, the active slide’s width is incorrect, it appears smaller than 100% of the container’s width and only displays correctly after resizing the browser window.
When moving to the next slide, the text disappears but doesn’t switch to the next slide’s content. As you navigate through the slides, the text briefly appears and then vanishes again.

When I want to use a transparent menu like in Home-7, I activate sticky, but I have to use a black background. There is no separate styling for the normal header and sticky header, which is the biggest drawback of this theme.
As you can see, I have to use a black background; when I use white, the text appears white like it is transparent.
