Very slow support we are trying to communicate 3 days now and we don t have answers about the issue.

I’m a web developper and bought this theme for a new project I’m working on and i need it today !!! Sadly from the start, after installing the theme and the required plugins, the site becomes completely frozen. Only when disabling the authors Tranzix plugin, the site is working again but most of the design features can’t be modified. So I’m stuck here and cant find solution the probelm can be from the plugin tranzix plugin either from the import demo content im really bloacked…. I have problem with installing theme and setting up the demo? It does not even work. Is there anything wrong with this theme? If so I do not want to use it and I will returnd it.

Worst support, just raised a ticket on Saturday regarding website loading speed time and haven’t resolved it yet. Provided them with each and every detail and now the support doesn’t even reply to my messages.

The design of the template is nice but I wouldn’t recommend it because it still has a lot of bugs and options not working correctly. Also, the way posts and services are made isn’t very dynamic. The support team helps a lot but they always take 2 days between each response which makes it difficult to work.

No se puede cambiar el color de fondo anaranjado al color corporativo turquesa que necesito, he pedido soporte y me indicaron que actualizar la versión podría limpiarse las páginas, me indicaron que podrían enviarme el código CSS para cambiar el color anaranjado básico. Cambiaron de asesor y no tengo respuesta, se demoran demasiado en dar soporte

I can’t edit pages with Elementor while Tranzix Plugin is active. Therefore, I cannot update the site. When I deactivate Elementor, I can’t view the Templates. Please help.

Could you please help me as on “testimonials” – “Choose Style 1” suddenly stop showing anything.. how to activate that? Other styles are working good. Please help.
