Unfortunately, I do not have access to the registered email secure@broscarwash.com, nor are they using WordPress or this template! Could you please deregister the email and license so that I can use a new email and domain. The previous domain is not using wordpress or Arolax theme!

I have changed the tagline and site title on my website, however it still says “best video production theme”. How do I change this, it doesnt seem to be working.

If you’re using an SEO plugin (like Yoast SEO or Rank Math), the tagline shown in search results or the browser tab comes from the page’s SEO title, not the WordPress site title.
Go to the page edit screen → look for the SEO plugin’s Title field → update it there and save. That will replace the “best video production theme” text.

I regret purchasing this theme. The product is very buggy, with several elements not functioning as advertised. Some of the demo content doesn’t even work properly, which defeats the purpose of buying a premium theme in the first place. I reached out to the developer 4–5 days ago and still haven’t received any reply very disappointing support. For a paid product, this lack of responsiveness and poor quality control is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before buying this theme.

This is very annoying. I am trying really everything but still i can overide the default design for portfolios. Literally the display condition are not even working for anything.
Please tell me if even exist to make the portfolios to use my design and not showing always the default that the theme have.

nothing but headaches with this theme! none of the animations work and now when i import the whole theme it makes everything move so much slower! takes way too long just to make any minor change! this is beyond stupid at this point. i hope someone from the team responds to at least one of my many tickets. literally cant get anything done with this theme.

For the animations to work properly, please make sure all widgets and extensions are enabled. Also, our theme uses GSAP Smooth Scroller, which can sometimes make the site feel slower. You can disable the Smooth Scroller from the Extensions option if you prefer.

Why its not working on Mobile Please. Theme is very nice but just because of mobile view i am forced to change it, i put so much work and then noticed its not working on mobile, scrolling not working, i am using Android with Motorola handset.

Very disappointing experience. A premium theme shouldn’t require multiple optimization and asset-control plugins just to load properly. Support’s response blaming animations is not acceptable — I expected a professional solution, not excuses.
