I’m experiencing a critical issue on my website with your Woodmart theme/related plugin. When WooCommerce is active, the site shows the following fatal error:
Fatal error: Cannot declare class XTS\Modules\Layouts\Free_Gifts, because the name is already in use in /wp-content/themes/inc/modules/layouts/elementor/woocommerce/class-free-gifts.php on line 23
I have tried:
Deleting and reinstalling the theme file class-free-gifts.php
Replacing the plugin files
Ensuring all plugins and WordPress are up to date
But the error persists. It seems that the Free_Gifts class is being declared multiple times, possibly in both the theme and plugin.
Could you please advise on the correct way to resolve this? Ideally, I need a solution that allows WooCommerce and your theme/elementor widgets to work without causing this fatal error.

It looks like you didn’t update the theme properly. Try to update it manually via Dashboard -> Appearance -> Themes -> Add new.

Bought this theme a long, long time ago, and only now am I getting around to using it. Absolutely fantastic… Using the ‘Retail’ theme and it’s so easy to edit and use. With careful image sizing and using Jetpack boost, I am getting page speed insights of 96 on desktop and 90 on mobile. Not bad for little effort. Will 100% buy another licence for another project.

New Version 8.3.3 seems to be buggy. Critical error on a very clean installation (and 2 others) PHP 8.4.

Please re-download the archive from ThemeForest and reupload it to your website via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new. It should fix the issue.

It looks like sale products can’t be displayed on your website at all. We checked the WooCommerce sale products widget with the default theme and it doesn’t work as well. Here are screenshots

The account icon is no longer loading properly.
The mini cart doesn’t slide out or pop up from the right side as before.
The checkout page layout is completely broken/misaligned.
